This seems like such an amazing blender. I have wanted a decent blender for so long! I would love to take my boyfriend on a health journey because we are both on such a bad eating plan and little to none exercise. This would be so beneficial to our health journey!

If I had to choose someone, it would be my grandmother. As someone who has beat breast cancer 15+ years ago but who is now fighting pancreatic cancer, she could benefit from it the most. I have already helped to modify her diet and to add more veggies into it, but she still has a long way to go. I want her to meet my children so she has to be here atleast until age 100. 🙂

There are many individual people I’d take on my health journey if I thought they were open to that idea. However, I generally don’t want to push someone to do anything they want don’t want to do because that’s seldom helpful. As they say, we can’t change people – we can only support them if they want to change.

So I would generally, collectively, take intelligent people who don’t feel the need to disparage any form of medical treatment, on principle, on my journey, because there’s nothing worse than listening to a, “but all pharmaceuticals are inherently evil vs. a but alternative medicine is just a giant scam,” argument, to me.

Then specifically, I’d take folks who believe in and have experienced the blessings and benefits of so-called modern medicine, yet are looking at quote unquote alternative health options because they have side effects or general issues that quote unquote Western Medicine isn’t designed to address very well.

For example, chemotherapy has saved the lives of many people I know, but the cancer treatment process doesn’t help them rebuild their immune systems/deal with the emotional and physical trauma that such an invasive form of treatment causes.

They’re usually just told that in 2 years they might start feeling better, which isn’t a very helpful follow-up process. Even something simple like Green Smoothies would go a long way toward alleviating the after-effects of any major illness.

To sum up, I’d take folks with medical issues they’re willing to look at carefully instead of doing what I call, “treatment by stereotype.”

I feel so close to your story because I am a 10th grader with a Spanish teacher that gives me anxiety attacks everyday. I can't bear the way she talks down to me. She made me cry and my parents are about to talk to the school to see what they can do. There may be a chance I cannot leave this class. What are some coping skills I can use in dealing with her? I am very shy and sensitive I do try to do all my work and be a good student but I am not good enough for her stdarndas.

It would be my husband. We are both diabetic, and we both have the same types of health issues that we need to resolve. This would help us achieve our goals this year. Thanks so much!

I would choose my daughter-in-law, because, while she has a fairly good diet compared to most Americans, she could use a ‘tune up’ to help her eliminate processed foods, and I think it would help her feel better.

my grandma, I’ve been encouraging her to change her eating patterns, but her argument is shes 75 years old and she’s still kicking on this planet ha. I’m surprised she even let me clean out her fridge! Got rid of three bags of condiments that have sneaky GMOs and MSG. All kinds of nasty! I’d give her the blender, she deserves better health. I love her so much.

I would choose my youngest daughter; after having 3 children, she has committed herself to wellness and good eating and we are working so hard to introduce my grandchildren to the same lifestyle.
