Even if celebrities weren’t drinking green smoothies, there’s definitely something to be said about the host of ingredients in one drink. For most people they are not getting the necessary nutrient mix from their macros anyway. We could use all the help we could get, and drinking one of these looks a lot more fun than swallowing pills. Maybe McDonald’s will start offering them as an alternative to the Shamrock Shake they usually sell in March… just sayin.
