How is your approach different from other health coaches?

The Iridology component creates a unique health map for your body. My recommendations are much more specific so you get results faster, without wasting time on trial and error. I also combine detox elements, and address deficiencies and food sensitivities – 3 things that in my experience, are critical to success.

Can I still see a doctor?

Yes, of course! And you definitely should if you have any pre-existing condition or are on medications. Your doctor can help with many aspects of your condition, but a doctor does not talk about food.

That’s where I come in – to compliment your current treatment by stepping up your vitamins, minerals and pH balance while reducing toxicity and finding the best combination of foods that keep your energy levels high and elimination organs working their best.

Does LASIK surgery, cataract surgery or other vision problems affect the Iridology Reading?

No, Lasik surgery, other eye surgeries or actual vision problems will not affect the information revealed during an Iridology Analysis.

How soon can I book a session?

I currently take Skype appointments on Tuesdays and Sundays. My standard office hours for replying to emails are from Sunday to Thursday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST or GMT – 5:00).

How soon can I expect to feel better?

Many of my clients feel better within as little as one week. Often, the challenge then becomes staying on track. That’s why the continued coaching works so well.

Do you offer any discounts for multiple customers?

Yes. Tell me more about your situation, whether it be your family, a group of office workers doing a “Biggest Loser” challenge or health-oriented group of friends.

Can I email you with questions after the Iridology?

Yes! For an Iridology by Email, your receive FREE email support for 1 month relating to the subjects covered in your report (up to 3 emails). For an Iridology by Skype, you receive FREE email support for 2 months relating to the subjects covered in your call (up to 5 emails). For a 2-month Health Coaching Package, you receive FREE email support relating to the subjects covered in your calls (up to 20 emails). For a 6-month Health Coaching Package, you receive FREE email support relating to the subjects covered in your calls (up to 50 emails). The number of questions in each email should be within reason (hopefully that’s obvious!). I also offer unlimited email support at an additional charge.

What if we are not in the same Time Zone?

Once you make your payment, I will send you an email confirmation of your order. I will inform you where I am in the world and what time zone I’m in so we can take that into account when we schedule your session.

I don’t have Skype. What can we do?

If you don’t have Skype, you can download it for FREE onto your MAC or PC. For instructions on how to download Skype, please click here.

The other alternative is for me to call your landline phone from my computer via Skype. That works like a normal phone call from your end but we can still make a audio recording of the call for your records.

If none of those options work for you, I can also type out your Iridology Report and send it to you in an email. You can follow-up with questions by email.

What currency will I be billed in?

All plans and merchandise are billed in US dollars.

What payment options do you support?

I currently support PayPal and credit card payments within Paypal, even if you do not have a Paypal account.

Do you offer refunds?

For individual Iridology sessions by email or Skype, I don’t offer refunds. However, you can upgrade to any plan whenever you’re ready! All Iridology services are non-refundable and expire 6 months after purchase date.

For coaching packages, you have 2 days after your first session to request a refund for the additional sessions. After that is when the true awesomeness happens so no refund is necessary! (Seriously though, just like a gym membership….there is no refund for coaching services and they are non-transferable, meaning you cannot share a package with co-workers, family and friends. You’ve gotta be committed to do this too!)

What happens if I don’t show up for my appointment?

All clients will be charged 100% for missed individual appointments unless I am notified of cancellation by email (not by Twitter, IG or FB message) at least 12 hours in advance, or in case of emergency. If you need to reschedule, it’s no problem. Just notify my by email at least 12 hours in advance, and we can reschedule your appointment time & date at no additional charge.

Can I call you with a “quick question”?

I am not available to be contacted by phone outside of scheduled appointment times. The main reason for this is to avoid receiving texts or phone calls in the middle of the night, especially since I work with clients all over the world and in every time zone.
