Jennifer answers the following questions:

I can’t live without… my blender, so I can make a daily Green Smoothie!

I RELAX BY… going for a walk on the beach, taking a hike in nature, sitting in the sun, reading a good book, meditating in early the morning with the sound of the birds or watching a perfect sunset and feeling grateful for my day.

I LIKE TO… help people get inspired to be more healthy!

I THINK BEAUTY IS… a genuine smile. Nothing else needed!

MY FRIDGE USUALLY CONTAINS… kale, parsley, dill, basil, coriander, cucumbers, fresh ginger, pears, berries, pineapple, papaya, ground flax seed, acai powder, hemp powder, raw cacao nibs, organic goji berries, probiotics, kefir coconut water and maybe some pumpkin seed cheese, raw energy balls and a leftover salad waiting to be eaten…yum!

MY EXERCISE ROUTINE IS… to get out and get moving, and make it fun! I love to power walk and listen to Louise Hay or Esther Hicks audio CDs for inspiration. I also enjoy running, kayaking, hiking, mountain climbing, swimming or yoga…depending on where I am in the world. Switching it out keeps it interesting!

MY FAVOURITE BEAUTY TREATMENT THAT LEAVES ME LOOKING AND FEELING NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL IS… a nice hot Epsom salt bath (or natural hot springs if available), then a bentonite clay face mask. Wash that off and apply organic raw coconut oil on the skin. Then either a Thai massage, lymphatic drainage massage or oil massage. If it’s an oil massage, I always bring coconut oil and ask them to use that instead. After all of that, I feel like a queen!

MY NUMBER ONE BEAUTY TIP IS… to understand that real beauty comes from being happy, healthy and grateful! A high raw food diet will make your skin look better and your eyes shine brighter more than any outer treatment. Keep your insides clean with a regular detox or colon cleanse program, preferably at a minimum of 2 times per year. I never had people compliment my skin, eyes or beauty when I was in my 20s on a S.A.D. diet. Now, at 41, I look better and feel better than I did 20 years ago and it is all thanks to the power of raw foods. Women who get too much surgery and too many injections all start to look the same, and who wants that! You are beautiful because you are unique. Don’t try to create a photoshop version of yourself in real life. Keep your focus on health, make better choices with your food, and you will naturally glow from within!
