This Beauty of a Blender could be Yours for FREE!

Imagine starting the New Year with a Vitamix Blender…for FREE! Thanks to the generous folks at Vitamix, I have one FREE Vitamix Blender to giveaway this holiday season! This blog post will tell you everything you need to know about the FREE Vitamix giveaway, so keep reading and be sure to add your comment below! In addition, I’m also offering a FREE online Iridology Analysis and a FREE Green Smoothie DVD and eKit to the lucky winner. This is our way of saying ‘Thank you’ to all of my loyal Twitter followers, clients and Facebook friends. If we are willing to offer you the chance of a clean, fresh start to your health and well-being for 2013, you better believe that we believe in what we do and we believe in you too!

Just in case you don’t know what a Vitamix is, it’s a blender. That means it blends the fiber and the liquid of whatever you put inside. It is not a juicer (a juicer separates the fiber from the liquid, leaving only the liquid for you to drink). A blender is very practical for busy people because it takes a just a few minutes to prepare your creation, is very easy to clean, and with a blender, you get all the nutrients from your food plus you get the fiber too. Most people are simply not eating enough fiber in their daily diet; the result can lead to poor digestion, acid reflux, arthritis, bad skin, weak liver, sluggishness, foul breath and even restless sleep. Getting fiber in your diet is so easy when you simply have 1 healthy smoothie a day. Add superfoods to your smoothie and you can really maximize the power of your foods to get the most fiber, nutrients, minerals and chlorophyll – all valuable tools for healing and all elements needed to make you feel that Healthy Bliss!

The ‘BMW’ of blender motors!

Now you know that the Vitamix is a blender. But I didn’t mention that it is the BMW of blenders. Well, it better be…for a price of $449.00 USD!! It’s the dream blender of every raw foodist and health enthusiast I know, including me! The reason why the Vitamix Blender is considered the best blender on the market is because it has an excellent motor, it’s extremely well made and it’s guaranteed for 7 years. You can blend anything in this blender thanks to that motor, even an avocado seed, it’s true! This is a blender that lasts for life; that’s why people pay a lot for it, because it’s really a long-term investment in your health. I am really excited to have the chance to give this away because I’ve seen the change that my clients have made, and I know that good food is the key.

An Online Iridology Analysis ($99.95 value): What it can do for you

Iridology is the science of the iris, or colored portion, of the eye. The iris is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and central nervous system through the optic nerve. The optic nerve connects to the central nervous system (CNS) which is the main communication link to everything that goes on in the body.

Jennifer Offers Iridology via Skype, Phone or Email

Jennifer Thompson is a Certified Comprehensive Iridologist (CCI) and offers a complete Iridology Analysis via Skype, email or phone. She makes recommendations for improvement that may involve doing some form of a detox (colon cleanse, heavy metal detox, kidney cleanse, skin cleanse, etc) and a change in diet that may include adding certain foods to your diet and reducing/minimizing others.

  • The skype call is 1-hour in length and is recorded. The video file is sent to you by email after the call.

As a result, my IBS has completely gone away, I have much more energy, I lost 10 pounds and its stayed off, and I feel so much closer to Mother Earth. today I am actually starting two smoothies a day. I was taking potassium in pills and I used to hate taking them on April I decided to make my own banana smoothies or kiwi, melon and spinach smoothies and since then I’m no longer taking the potassium pills and my potassium levels are perfect. I also decided to eat healthier more clean and less processed foods. I had a liver transplant 5 years ago, and since then I had a bumpy road but since eating better I can feel a huge difference in my body.

I used to HATE eating vegetables when I was a kid til I was in my teens, and got hooked on eating them when I began to be more health-conscious because of my uncle who’s a great health advocate. I noticed that I became more fit and combined with exercise was not as sickly as I used to be. I would love to win the vitamix for my mom because she wants to increase our vegetable/fruit intake so that we’ll be healthier, considering that my dad’s side of the family has a history of heart-related problems.

In 2010 when I deployed, I was 198 lbs and not close to being in shape. I started eating fruits and veggies primarily and 7 months later I was 176 lbs with 11% body fat. (PHENOMINAL) But I wasn’t pigging out on them, I ate in portions. When you eat a fruit and veggie diet, you will naturally get full anyway, so it was a “win-win”. It is AMAZING how positive my outlook was and how great I felt.

Hi I’ve has the vitamix on my with list for 2 years now. I really pray I win this, it would dramatically help boost our energy levels. We have a family of 5 and it’s so hard to get everyone to eat all the necessary fruits and veggies. Eating healthier has brought a balance to my body that it screamed for. Our bodies know what they need and often times we chose what’s easiest or more convenient. I want to end this cycle once and for all.

I havent been the healthiest throughout my life.I partied constantly & took my health for granted.I suffered from depression, acne, digestive issues and had pre-cancerous cells lasered away.I have took it upon myself to learn all i can for myself and my family.I took my health very seriously during my recent twin pregnancy.(They are now 3.5months) & kept to a clean, plant based diet and pleased my doctor with my health throughout.I saw her every week and had regular tests with blood, urine etc and never had one ailment throughout. No backaches,no morning sickness,no cravings,no urine infections, nothing typical you’d expect from a multiples pregnancy.I kept my iron levels naturally high(no supplements needed) with foods like spirulina, hummous, spinach etc and after booking a c-section I ended up in natural surprise labour that was an amazing experience and I only gained 2 stone 9lbs! (think that is 37lbs?).Would love to win the vitamix to help start my twins on a healthy diet , I have a lot of purée to make! Xx

My mom and died at an early age from health related diseases and I decided to take better care of my health by making healthy food choices especially after having my children.. I recently graduated as a Health Coach and also attended a Raw Food seminar as a birthday gift to myself. My Raw Food teacher made smoothies and green juices using a Vitamix blender, they were so delicious. I had never heard or seen a Vitamix blender before and my teacher boasted that she has been using it for years without fail. I would really like to own a Vitamix but really cannot afford one with 3 kids in school. Raw Foods make me feel so energised and I have now started to consume more raw foods meals daily.

Our family focuses more on healthier meals like green vegetables at every meal but breakfast, whole grains, and foods that are grilled or baked vs fried. We’ve noticed the difference in how our bodies feel. In fact when we eat foods that are fried or “junk food” we notice the difference. It’s amazing what healthier eating does for you and how it makes you feel.

I’ve started drinking green smoothies, almost every morning. It fills me up for the whole morning & gives me a head start on getting 9 servings of fruits & veggies each day.

I’ve cut out most processed foods and been eating a ton more leafy greens. My stomach problems have decreased dramatically.

I went vegan a few years ago and while it did help me to feel better, I quickly fell prey to the vegan baked goods/junk food diet (Hello Oreos!) I finally recently decided to limit the sugar and the carbs and start eating clean whole foods. I’m losing weight. have more energy and most importantly, I feel fantastic!

I used to eat fast food two years straight because I couldn’t afford much else, then I started to get really sick. I eventually decided to do a 5 day cleanse with only having liquid vegetable and fruit juices, I saw so much improvement I made my boyfriend start trying juices. Now i try to eat healthier by eating salads and fruits, and when i get the chance even raw. My headaches slowly went away, i wasn’t so depressed and I wasn’t tired in the middle of the day not to mention I felt cleaner!

I have cut out gluten and dairy and have been eating more greens and stopped eating red meats and have lost 134 pounds, I’m working in the rest and just feeling so much better not anymore heartburn or belly aches.. We’ve been doing the transition for my husband as well he has to be in the best shap he can be cause he needs a heart transplant, and it would help us out a great deal to have this prize to be cable to combine the fruits and greens for he and I .

I would love to win this, I have a few friends that have a vitamix and tottally love it. I have been trying to do more smoothies for breakfast but my blender is very small, so can`t use all the veggies and fruits.
