This Beauty of a Blender could be Yours for FREE!

Imagine starting the New Year with a Vitamix Blender…for FREE! Thanks to the generous folks at Vitamix, I have one FREE Vitamix Blender to giveaway this holiday season! This blog post will tell you everything you need to know about the FREE Vitamix giveaway, so keep reading and be sure to add your comment below! In addition, I’m also offering a FREE online Iridology Analysis and a FREE Green Smoothie DVD and eKit to the lucky winner. This is our way of saying ‘Thank you’ to all of my loyal Twitter followers, clients and Facebook friends. If we are willing to offer you the chance of a clean, fresh start to your health and well-being for 2013, you better believe that we believe in what we do and we believe in you too!

Just in case you don’t know what a Vitamix is, it’s a blender. That means it blends the fiber and the liquid of whatever you put inside. It is not a juicer (a juicer separates the fiber from the liquid, leaving only the liquid for you to drink). A blender is very practical for busy people because it takes a just a few minutes to prepare your creation, is very easy to clean, and with a blender, you get all the nutrients from your food plus you get the fiber too. Most people are simply not eating enough fiber in their daily diet; the result can lead to poor digestion, acid reflux, arthritis, bad skin, weak liver, sluggishness, foul breath and even restless sleep. Getting fiber in your diet is so easy when you simply have 1 healthy smoothie a day. Add superfoods to your smoothie and you can really maximize the power of your foods to get the most fiber, nutrients, minerals and chlorophyll – all valuable tools for healing and all elements needed to make you feel that Healthy Bliss!

The ‘BMW’ of blender motors!

Now you know that the Vitamix is a blender. But I didn’t mention that it is the BMW of blenders. Well, it better be…for a price of $449.00 USD!! It’s the dream blender of every raw foodist and health enthusiast I know, including me! The reason why the Vitamix Blender is considered the best blender on the market is because it has an excellent motor, it’s extremely well made and it’s guaranteed for 7 years. You can blend anything in this blender thanks to that motor, even an avocado seed, it’s true! This is a blender that lasts for life; that’s why people pay a lot for it, because it’s really a long-term investment in your health. I am really excited to have the chance to give this away because I’ve seen the change that my clients have made, and I know that good food is the key.

An Online Iridology Analysis ($99.95 value): What it can do for you

Iridology is the science of the iris, or colored portion, of the eye. The iris is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and central nervous system through the optic nerve. The optic nerve connects to the central nervous system (CNS) which is the main communication link to everything that goes on in the body.

Jennifer Offers Iridology via Skype, Phone or Email

Jennifer Thompson is a Certified Comprehensive Iridologist (CCI) and offers a complete Iridology Analysis via Skype, email or phone. After taking your iris photos with a digital camera or iPhone, you will email the photos to Jennifer and arrange a time and day to discuss the results. During the reading, Jennifer gives you a good, clear understanding of where your body is at in terms of strengths, weakness, imbalance and any areas of toxicity or inflammation. She makes recommendations for improvement that may involve doing some form of a detox (colon cleanse, heavy metal detox, kidney cleanse, skin cleanse, etc) and a change in diet that may include adding certain foods to your diet and reducing/minimizing others.

  • The skype call is 1-hour in length and is recorded. The video file is sent to you by email after the call.

One positive change that I’ve made in my diet is that I’ve replaced high sugar sweets and snacks with nutritious smoothies, juices, and fresh soups; as a result, my blood glucose levels are improving. I have much weight to lose and I believe that a vitamix would be an invaluable tool for me.

I’ve made a lot of changes in my diet that have positively impacted my health, but the one that I believe has had the biggest impact is changing my vegetarian focus from grains and beans to GREENS! I love my greens and my body loves me for eating them (every day,in every way!)

Thank you HealthyBliss for the Vitamix Blender Giveaway – you guys are awesome!

The positive change I’ve done in my diet and how this has improved my health is: trying to juice. I substituted my normal breakfast (eggs, sausage, toasts, and bacon) for a green juice. I feel more energetic and more invigorated since I start my morning with this juice of goodness.

I am trying to change my diet more every week and eat more veggies. My green juice was my first change. I am now in the fresh soup phase with only veggies and I’m liking it more and more each week.

Here is to a life with healthy habits…

The one positive change that you’ve made in my diet is that I’ve become a vegetarian and am doing more Yoga. Within the last month or so I’ve incorporated more of a raw food diet (2-3 days). I have more energy and feel invigorated.in the morning when I awake.

I gave up fast food, meat, sodas and junk food for 21 days. During that time I dropped over 25lbs. Since then I have started working out and have maintained a healthy weight. My blood pressure was always borderline and now it is in the normal range. I also started running and ran my first marathon recently at the age of 35. My wife an I are considered on of the healthiest couples around. Because of us we have friends who are taking on a healthy lifestyle and getting results.

I have been making small changes throughout the year, but two major changes have been 1) making salad my staple…and having done that, I feel so much better and 2) eating less cheese…it has been a natural change, just realizing that I don’t like cheese as much as I used to….pretty cool when things evolve naturally….I have wanted a Vitamix for years….but have always found excuses for not being able to decide on which model to buy….it’s always a thrill to see ways the universe can decide for you:)

I started having green smoothies everyday for breakfast for the past 2+ years. Usually apple, carrot, orange/lemon, banana, berries, beets, spinach, kale, flax seeds, chia seeds, protein powder and other stuff depending on what I have on hand.

The benefits are astounding. I used to have extremely high LDL cholesterol and was on Lipitor daily. After 6 months of smoothies, I no longer need it. The energy is way better. Sex life is better. Everything is better.

I have some friends can I plan on gifting the Vitamix to if I win. Thanks so much!

Awesome Contest Jennifer. The main change and biggest I’ve made is going “cold” in 2012 I’ve been following mostly Green Smoothie diet, upped my fitness plan, and eliminated processed foods, white foods, most meat, my green drinks are 2 x’s a day, and I eat approx 4 oz of seafood, usually halibut or Mahi Mahi, with a large salad & some organic brown rice for dinner. The changes as you could imagine have been significant. I had brain tumor surgery a couple of years ago & could never ‘get back” to my once healthful self. Energy was horrid & the meds I was on, weren’t helping either. Diet changes did.
Your blog and site are a huge help to me and so many others!

The biggest change in my diet is I don’t eat out anymore. I start making meals at home. Baking breads, start making my own flour mixes, and try to omit white sugar in my diet. With the possibility of winning a Vitamix, I can start making my own nut flours, I actually been saving up in hope to own a vitamix ever since I saw a demo at my local whole food market. But with the lost of my job, I have to carefully weight the way of my spending. Thank you for offering this giveaway, one can dream!

Eating more greens and raw foods. I still have much room for improvement in my habits but my general mood is improving. Thank you for the opportunity for this giveaway.

Turns out I am gluten intolerant, so I cut out all gluten and am super diligent about it. I don’t cheat and all lots of questions before I eat something I didn’t prepare myself. It has made a world of a difference.

What is one positive change that you’ve made in your diet and how has your health improved as a result? Some positive changes I’ve made in my diet involve incorporating supplements and removing items that cause inflammation and allergies such as wheat and dairy. But, if I had to choose one it would be juice fasting. This has really helped to improve my overall health and eliminate over 5 different medications. 🙂
