This Beauty of a Blender could be Yours for FREE!

Imagine starting the New Year with a Vitamix Blender…for FREE! Thanks to the generous folks at Vitamix, I have one FREE Vitamix Blender to giveaway this holiday season! This blog post will tell you everything you need to know about the FREE Vitamix giveaway, so keep reading and be sure to add your comment below! In addition, I’m also offering a FREE online Iridology Analysis and a FREE Green Smoothie DVD and eKit to the lucky winner. This is our way of saying ‘Thank you’ to all of my loyal Twitter followers, clients and Facebook friends. If we are willing to offer you the chance of a clean, fresh start to your health and well-being for 2013, you better believe that we believe in what we do and we believe in you too!

Just in case you don’t know what a Vitamix is, it’s a blender. That means it blends the fiber and the liquid of whatever you put inside. It is not a juicer (a juicer separates the fiber from the liquid, leaving only the liquid for you to drink). A blender is very practical for busy people because it takes a just a few minutes to prepare your creation, is very easy to clean, and with a blender, you get all the nutrients from your food plus you get the fiber too. Most people are simply not eating enough fiber in their daily diet; the result can lead to poor digestion, acid reflux, arthritis, bad skin, weak liver, sluggishness, foul breath and even restless sleep. Getting fiber in your diet is so easy when you simply have 1 healthy smoothie a day. Add superfoods to your smoothie and you can really maximize the power of your foods to get the most fiber, nutrients, minerals and chlorophyll – all valuable tools for healing and all elements needed to make you feel that Healthy Bliss!

The ‘BMW’ of blender motors!

Now you know that the Vitamix is a blender. But I didn’t mention that it is the BMW of blenders. Well, it better be…for a price of $449.00 USD!! It’s the dream blender of every raw foodist and health enthusiast I know, including me! The reason why the Vitamix Blender is considered the best blender on the market is because it has an excellent motor, it’s extremely well made and it’s guaranteed for 7 years. You can blend anything in this blender thanks to that motor, even an avocado seed, it’s true! This is a blender that lasts for life; that’s why people pay a lot for it, because it’s really a long-term investment in your health. I am really excited to have the chance to give this away because I’ve seen the change that my clients have made, and I know that good food is the key.

An Online Iridology Analysis ($99.95 value): What it can do for you

Iridology is the science of the iris, or colored portion, of the eye. The iris is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and central nervous system through the optic nerve. The optic nerve connects to the central nervous system (CNS) which is the main communication link to everything that goes on in the body.

Jennifer Offers Iridology via Skype, Phone or Email

Jennifer Thompson is a Certified Comprehensive Iridologist (CCI) and offers a complete Iridology Analysis via Skype, email or phone. She makes recommendations for improvement that may involve doing some form of a detox (colon cleanse, heavy metal detox, kidney cleanse, skin cleanse, etc) and a change in diet that may include adding certain foods to your diet and reducing/minimizing others.

  • The skype call is 1-hour in length and is recorded. The video file is sent to you by email after the call.

I am overweight and despite what anyone says to you, no one can make you take off weight. One day I woke up and I’d had enough. I changed the way I ate, I changed what I ate. Since then my blood pressure has continued to drop, I’ve taken off weight and just by cutting out meat my cholesterol dropped by over 100. I’ve got a long way to go, but I feel good and that’s what matters

I have major, long-term health issues and am nearly house-bound. I’ve been trying to convert to a plant-based diet and trying to make a “green” drink daily. I find it really gives me more strength and energy. I use a regular blender that does a good job with soft fruits and veggies but I’m dreaming of a high power blender so I can add more veggies!!

The one healthy choice I have made was giving up sugary sodas and diet chemically laced beverages for good because there is no safe nutritional value to them. I flavor water with fruit and I love to mix all kinds of vegetables and fruits together to make healthy drinks instead.

I started eatting a grapefruit every morning before anything else. It seems to have given me the jump start that I need, after two weeks, I am finding that I do not need coffee. This is a start to changing my diet to a raw foods diet. I am extremly interested in this, and am making the steps to learn more. I do not eat from a box but at the same time, been dealing with some health issues that do not allow me to spend hours at the stove. The vitamix may give me the middle ground I have been looking for.

I finally made the decision back in March to eliminate all processed, preservative, GMO foods out of my diet and follow a confined nutritional diet that includes raw foods. I have also included an exercise program that has been modified due to me having knee surgery. I am proud to say I have lost 55lbs since then with only 25 more to go. Had I not followed you and other nutritional experts on FB, I would be loss. My diet includes juicing two times a day, a raw salad, and a sensible dinner which includes soups, quinoa, sprouted rice, and occasionally fish or chicken. I also drink about 8 cups of water a day. I feel lighter than ever and have an abundance of energy:)

I started making 2 green smoothies per day. I love veggies but I do not think I was eating enough severing per day. After making them apart of my daily ritual it started eliminates waste more frequently, I have a lot more energy, and fewer skin blemishes. I also found that I would snack at much at work.

I’ve been eating more leafy greens and use portion control. No more going back for “seconds” or more. Since I’ve started that, I’ve noticed I don’t need to eat as much to feel full. I also don’t snack in front of the TV anymore. I’ve lost some weight, but would like to lose about 10-15 more lbs.

I was disgnosed with an autoimmune disorder 20 yrs ago & was placed on meds that had horrendous side effects. I had no choice but to keep taking them if I was to stay in remission, except that they didn’t always work. In March of this year, I decided to go vegan. I eat a plant-based, gluten-free & 75% raw diet. I not only feel better but I’ve lost 18 lbs., and since October, I have been med-free & my disease has been in remission. To say that this change in diet is a miracle is an huge understatement. I will never, ever go back to tthe way I ate before. Green smoothies are a big part of my day & without them, I never would have regained my health.

I’m a firm believer in having balance and doing things in moderation. I also believe you have to know what you’re doing in order to make changes. I journal all of the food that I eat. By doing this I can see where I might be eating too much or too little of a food group and pay attention to my portion sizes. I also log all of my exercise. What I’m working on now is getting better at planning my meals and finding new ideas and recipes so that I don’t get bored or feel deprived.

I have recently lost 50 pounds by cleaning up my diet and exercising regularly. I’ve increased my water intake along with cutting out ALL processed foods. I’d like to own a Vitamix to add even more healthy options to my diet via smoothies and more whole foods. I’ve invested in myself to lose the weight and my health!

Juicing! I’ve been getting lots of fresh produce for my new juicer and it’s
a great way of making sure I get more fruits, veggies, and nutrition. Juicing
is so great for glowing skin and more energy.

Have a fruit smoothie for breakfast every morning. That way, I start my day feeling healthy, which makes me want to eat better and exercise the rest of the day. It also ensures that I get a large serving of fruits/veggies each day.
