Answer the question” What is your FAVORITE recipe book, DVD or inspirational/success story book??? When i watch the DVD Super Size Me it completely change the way i eat. I started on the journey to eating whole organic foods and grass fed meats. I read books Back to Eden by Jethro Kloss. Which is start on my journey of eating healthy foods. Starting this way of life to healthy eating. The same way fitness is a lifestyle, nutrition is a lifestyle too. You are what you eat. I want to live long and strong life. There’s no one place that provided me with the inspiration I needed. It’s been mostly my research on the web for the perfect blender. My research through food blogs and product websites has shown me delicious soups, frozen desserts and of course many kinds of healthy smoothies. Although I love cooking (see my food on Instagram @photosandfood) I had no idea I could make so many nutritious and delicious foods with a blender. Thanks

The book that helped my journey to health the most was “Okay, So Now You’re Vegetarian” by Lauren Butts. This was the first book I read when I decided to become a vegetarian, and it was extremely helpful. She broke down the different types of foods that I should be looking into (and how to pronounce them so that I wouldn’t sound like an idiot when requesting help in a health foods store), and broke down how to calculate my body’s nutrient needs. Additionally, the book had quick, simple, and delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert.
