This Beauty of a Blender could be Yours for FREE!
Just in case you don’t know what a Vitamix is, it’s a blender. That means it blends the fiber and the liquid of whatever you put inside. It is not a juicer (a juicer separates the fiber from the liquid, leaving only the liquid for you to drink). A blender is very practical for busy people because it takes a just a few minutes to prepare your creation, is very easy to clean, and with a blender, you get all the nutrients from your food plus you get the fiber too. Most people are simply not eating enough fiber in their daily diet; the result can lead to poor digestion, acid reflux, arthritis, bad skin, weak liver, sluggishness, foul breath and even restless sleep. Getting fiber in your diet is so easy when you simply have 1 healthy smoothie a day. Add superfoods to your smoothie and you can really maximize the power of your foods to get the most fiber, nutrients, minerals and chlorophyll – all valuable tools for healing and all elements needed to make you feel that Healthy Bliss!

I have been reducing my intake of processed foods and increasing my water consumption. It gives me more energy and better skin complexion. Very interested in starting a green smoothie regimen next!
I like making green drink its really good for you. This helps you to feel better
🙂
Over the last couple of years, I’ve cultivated a taste for leafy greens, raw and cooked, and eat them routinely. Local organic salad greens, without dressing, have become a favorite snack. This seems to have changed my metabolism or some other fundamental, because I no longer get the munchies for chocolate or other processed snacks, or even for carbs. If you offered me the choice of a head of radicchio and a plate of cookies, I wouldn’t think twice, and I wouldn’t be posing either – I genuinely WANT the radicchio whereas the cookies are fine, but they’re not compelling. This seems to have stopped the middle-age weight creep I had been experiencing, and who knows what other benefits have accrued? – with health, there’s really no way to know how badly off you’d be had you made different choices.
One very positive change I have made in my diet is the elimination of gluten. Found out last year that I had a sensitivity to gluten, and since removing gluten from my diet (and being mindful of labels, looking for hidden counterparts that could cause a reaction), I’ve actually been successful in letting my body heal.
This said, I still suffer from other ailments that do affect my life in numerous ways (to include the quality of my life, and the ability to hold down employment), which makes it even HARDER to afford something like a Vitamix (have been telling my family this is the only gift I wanted this year for my birthday and the holidays was a Vitamix, nothing else. Sadly they told me to keep dreaming ~_~)
After incorporating green smoothies into my diet, my veggie intake has soared and my cravings for meat, etc. have vanished!
Since I followed you I have gained a lot of health tips because I’m using dangerous meds which cause too much disfunctions in my body like constipation, so entering this competition will help me a lot since I’m Quadriplegic n on wheelchair.
Hi Jennifer, As our first and only Green Smoothy demo on this beautiful property, I have been drinking green smoothies ever since and so have several of my staff. We need to have you back!!
….have also cut down from 7 cups of coffee :0 to one daily – my shoulders have returned to their natural position – thank you and thank you to Vita Mix for participating!!
I have been on a health quest my entire life, trying to find what really is the optimal way of eating. I have doing sugar (sweets) fasts and really love it. I began on looking into raw lifestyles and I enjoy those, but they are very time consuming, and when you are a young mom of 3 little ones, a wife to a carnivore, a fitness instructor and a hairdresser, quick becomes essential. I use to juice, but it was to hard for me to throw away all the fiber which is so important in a diet. So I turned to making chopped salads and keeping a high alkaline diet which has given me awesome energy and healthy kids.
I have cut back on red meat to only eat twice a year at holidays. I exercise several times a week and consistently do Zumba and Yoga. My cholesterol levels are way below average & my only struggle is with sweets so drinking smoothies has helped me get my fruits and veggies along with flax seeds and chia seeds and I now have more energy.
For my sake and the sake of my family we are cutting down on processed foods and trying to eat more fresh food.
I am 36 but I have numerous health problems, Weight, Fibro, arthritis, bone spurs, asthma, allergies, a nervous disorder, depression, I get sick constantly, and I need 2 knee replacements. Now I have high cholesterol and am prediabetic. I am no long eating over processed foods and am trying to make all my families meals. It hard when you cant afford the best appliances.
I feel like I have so much more energy since switching to a mostly plant based diet!
When I was 19 years old I had a weird dream that caused me to cut out processed foods. I suffered from asthma and was often sick with pneumonia. After changing my diet I no longer suffered from these ailments.
I have started eating more raw fruits and vegetables, working my way to 80% raw. As a result my skin looks better and I feel fantastic. I have way more energy which I use during yoga class.
What is one positive change that you’ve made in your diet and how has your health improved as a result?
I have long had a passion for cooking. I used to want to be a chef & go to the CIA. I made some education mistakes & ended up giving up on that dream. When I got my Vitamix it sparked that passion in me again. I love making everything in my Vitamix especially smoothies and soups. Everything I make is fresh and healthy and yummy. No more canned & processed foods. The biggest change has to be my mental health tho. It brings me such happiness and joy.
I found out I was diabetic and changed everything, I exercise regularly and eat healthier, I am down 50 lbs and can control without medicine. I am very proud of myself and all I’ve accomplished.
Last month I started a 21-day Juice Challenge where I juiced consistanly for 21 days straight to help incorporate in my life by becoming a habit. I fell in love with juicing and my body has been thanking me for the extra fruits and vegetables! Juicing has made me more aware of my choices of food and my intake on what food is. Just this little step has opened my world completely, only thing is my juicer stinks! LOL. All the pulp comes thru the back and leaves chunks of spinach in my cup! I would LOVE to have the Vitamix completely, love!!!!
I’ve started making green smoothies every morning for breakfast. I feel energized and ready to face the morning. I love knowing in getting so many vitamins and minerals through a straw!
Starting each day with breakfast, taking my lunch to work and making exercise a priority. I am doing so much better now.
watching calories on a iPhone app has opened my eyes to how fast I can derail my day by making a few bad choices. Now that I’ve consistently been tracking my food intake I have a bigger understanding of what I truly need to eat. I’m thin and in relatively in shape, but I never want my looks to fool me that I need to eat healthy and exercise.
I’ve made the transition to eating a whole foods vegan diet and I’ve never felt better or have been able to perform better physically in my life!
Going healthy has been a huge success in my health. I suffer from Lupus and had a hard time walking and doing any active things for years. I chop up dice and drink what I can with fruits and vegetables. Its unbelievable how this has changed me. I am active lost 25 lbs and feel great! Getting the Vitamix would be a dream for me. I have always dreamed of boxing. I think, no I know if I continue with the healthy foods and exercise I will accomplish this of course with the help from a Vitamix.
Everyday, my goal is to eat a rainbow” of fruits and vegetables, while avoiding processed foods as best as I can. I make a breakfast smoothie into which I throw in organic apple, acai, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, papaya and either collard or kale from my garden. I feel satisfied till noon at which time I have a BIG salad and I don’t experience that 3 o’ clock slump. Eating healthier and having more energy makes me want to exercise more, too. It’s a win-win for me!
I am 41 and have exercised regularly since i was about 19. About 2 years ago I started doing Crossfit and learned about the Paleo Diet. Since i have started this way of eating and elimination all grains, sugars and processed foods my health has improved significantly. I currently juice with a Jack Lalane juicer and feel it has helped but dont like the fact that is removes the bulk of the fruits and veggies. I make sure not to eat any meat or chicken that is not wild caught and only eat fresh eggs direct from the farm. I go to the farmers market weekly and buy directly from them. With both parents ill, one from cancer and the other with Graves disease i would really use this Vitamix. I have been wanting one for sooo long but just cant afford it.
Thanks in advance,
Mariana
Going gluten-free and vegan (was previously vegetarian). It has cleared up my chronic sinus problems, gotten rid of my hay fever and made me super attuned to the difference (i.e. the recurrence of symptoms which I previously thought were normal) anytime I have dairy or gluten.
One positive change I have made in my diet is eliminating gluten and wheat from my diet. It has helped my digestion system tremendously, as I was having problems before then breaking down the gluten and wheat in everything and was getting serious skin irritations as a result. I thank God I have done this for myself.
Aloha~! Since your visit, I have been making green smoothies with Organic Kale, Blueberrys, Papaya, banana, spouted raw protein, Golden Flax, Almonds Sunflower seeds. I feel more vibrant & have been around a bunch of sick people, but contacted nothing~! Love your DVD~!Yippee~!
I made many changes, cutting calories, fat and sodium a few years ago and noticed having more energy and overall improved moods. But really I want to win this for my son who is on a full liquid diet because he refuses solid food. Compound that with food allergies and we don’t have many high-calorie, healthy options that are not manufactured. A Vitamix could revolutionize his food intake, improving the quality of what we feed him and be healthy. He also has neutropenia, so I would love for him to be able to eat super foods that are high in antioxidants.
I have learned that having fresh smoothies for breakfast everyday can fill me up more than having no breakfast and eating only breakfast and lunch. I have lost weight because of it.
I’ve been making green smoothies every morning for a few months now, and I’ve lost weight, and feel more energized throughout the day! My complexion has also cleared up since I started making my green smoothies.
well i am tired of suffering from hormone imbalance and anxiety I also feel i have developed ADHD I am looking forward to making a positive change in my life and know this vitamix blender is the start I have tried other blenders but do not like the consistency of the smoothie.
i’ve decided to incorporate more raw food in my diet. i make a smoothie for breakfast every morning out of fruits and veggies. it has made me feel more refreshed, energized, and awake!
I had been eliminating certain “bad” foods for overall good health. But, I didn’t stop to think of increasing my intake of “good” foods. The most positive change in my diet came from learning the importance of eating more fruits and vegetables. In doing so, I have more energy than before, and now I actually look forward to exercising.
I have started to make green smoothies every day. I always try to use more vegetables than fruit too. I just need a better blender to make the full commitment! I have more energy and I feel more focused on a day to day basis. They usually keep me full for a few hours too.
I have made many positive changes with my diet. Trying to eat more raw food. Cut out processed salty foods. I feel and look healthy! Thank you for the great info!
The best positive change I made in my diet was incorporating more raw foods. I started this by doing a month long intensive intestine cleanse and getting colonics, followed by eating about an 80% raw vegan diet. I have had psoriasis for 10 years on my scalp and neck. After I cleansed and changed my diet it has nearly vanished. A little remains on the back of my neck near my hair line, but I am now focused on cleansing my liver to get every last bit of it gone. Not having to feel self-conscious about my skin or being able to wear black because I wasn’t so flakey has been awesome. I am now eating a complete raw vegan diet and working at a raw vegan cafe where I share my healing experience with others and hope that inspires them to start their own journey towards perfect health.
I have been wanting a vitamix for 3 years now trying to change my life style to raw foods, vegan, and gluten fee. I have a lot of health issues and I fell like this will really help me teach my goals with changing my life and reversing my disease.
The best change I made was enrolling myself in school. the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in vancouver BC. Always having an interest in food, health and healthy lifestyle, it was BY FAR the best thing I ever did:) I look at food so differently now (sometimes very scared!) but also loving natural food and avoiding things like refined and processed foods.
Incorporating fruits and vegetables in soups and smoothies daily.
Ever since I started eating raw food, I noticed tremendous changes in my body. Most of all, my stubborn rash that happens every year chronically gradually stops. This unknown rash condition has bothered me since 10 years ago, I’ve seen doctors in all sorts of expertise, ie. Western, Eastern, Alternative medicine, holistic homeotherapy, you name it. None of them could come up with a good answer to help me cure it. I was even prescribed with the type of medicine that treats cancer, since rash is inflammation. My body definitely didn’t do well with that kind of medication. Later on I got tired of it and decided to clean my internal body by eating raw organic food, making green smoothies daily for the entire past year. Now it’s becoming my life style. This is the most positive change in my diet that has improved my health, and well-being. I highly recommend it.
The one change I have made in my diet is taking the time to plan and prepare my own food instead of scrambling to grab whatever I can to eat . I was in Jamaica last year and a local told me something that still resonates with me every time I am thinking about my next meal: “Things that are a convenience to you today are taking years off of your life at the end.”
Think about that next time you are in a hurry and grab that fast food…
I’ve started incorporating more raw foods into my diet. I’ve had more energy and lower stress levels.
Smoothie for breakfast every morning! Almond or coconut milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and fresh or frozen fruit along with a handful of kale or spinach. Honestly, I have a vitamix which is why I can blend the above into a perfect tasty smoothie BUT I would love to share the gift of good health with my parents!!
Hey Jen – I AlWAYS look more closely at ingredients labels for MSG and its family of migraine triggers ever since our session so long ago:)
One of the biggest change that I made in my life, was when I have to officially have to give me soda and desserts. I got up to 425 it was pretty a must. I couldn’t exercise properly, I develop arthritis in my joints and almost had to quit my job. I got sick of it. I told myself its enough and if I don’t I will die and I just couldn’t let that happen.
I need this for xmas
I started on my health awareness journey approximately 2 years ago. Within that time I’ve educated myself on many ways to live a vibrant lifestyle where not only do I look better, I feel better. My mornings consist of a green organic juice or smoothie for breakfast. The smoothie is great for keeping me satisfied until lunch. The rest of my meals always start with a large organic green salad. The fiber is great, and fills me up so that I don’t overeat throughout the rest of my meals. If I need a snack( and I usually do) I’ll try to have another smoothie of banana, acai, coconut water and avocado, Yumm, sugar fix! Or some healthy raw nuts. It’s not always easy to maintain this lifestyle, but even when I’ve strayed I always find my way back. I listen to my body, continually educate myself about our food, and make the best decisions for me for that day. Be well.
I have given up soda and am drinking much more water and am trying to add green tea. I can’t stand the taste, but know that it is good for me! I am so anxious to add smoothies in the morning, but my blender broke this fall and I haven’t replaced it yet. I am hoping to get one for Christmas, but I know that it won’t be a Vitamix!
Well, My Cousins has one of these, and they love it, there always looking for recipes to blend something Up. I don’t have the experience with this one, but I have had from another, product like this one, at Work My Co Inspectors decided that Everyone one was going on a Liquid Diet ( cleanse ) for 10 days, It’s was an Amazing Experience.
Im hope to be able to try the Vitamixer out, next time at My cousins.
Brain tumor survivor looking forward to better health by consuming fruits/veggie smoothies. This will be a positive impact on my overall health, weight, and longevity.
