Fasting Day 9 in Koh Samui, Thailand

Follow Jennifer’s progress during her most recent cleanse. Hear what type of detox cleanse she is doing and learn for yourself how you can use the Arise and Shine products yourself at home. Some people define a ‘fast’ as a water only fast, but in this case, Jennifer is describing a colon cleanse fast using fruit juice, coconuts, psyllium husk powder, bentonite clay, probiotics, Chomper and Herbal Nutrition herb blends. The island of Koh Samui, Thailand is a great destination for doing your cleanse or detox as the weather is warm, the beaches are nice and there are a lot of detox spas on the island. When you break your fast, you can enjoy lots of fresh tropical fruits and raw foods as well!

Have used arise and shine cleanse products for 22 years now. I have tried 9 other cleanses but this is the only one that I have found to clean your body thoroughly (if you are willing to really do it). I have tried 1 week, 2 week, 3 weeks and up to 23 days doing the no food option. I feel 10 years younger and full of energy at the end, so much that I don’t want to eat anymore but my body obviously needs nourishment. There is an added benefit of weight loss at the same time that doesn’t hurt but the best is the reduction in cholesterol by 50%, massive drop in tri-glycerides and my blood pressure is now a stable yearly average of 110/70 when it used to be 145/95 so I am sold on it. I plan on going to the resort to try it out with vegetarian food and a calm environment for a change. The only problem with eating is that you will never know when your body is empty and cleaned of that nasty stinky plaque. Hope to see you guys there
