This Beauty of a Blender could be Yours for FREE!
Just in case you don’t know what a Vitamix is, it’s a blender. That means it blends the fiber and the liquid of whatever you put inside. It is not a juicer (a juicer separates the fiber from the liquid, leaving only the liquid for you to drink). A blender is very practical for busy people because it takes a just a few minutes to prepare your creation, is very easy to clean, and with a blender, you get all the nutrients from your food plus you get the fiber too. Most people are simply not eating enough fiber in their daily diet; the result can lead to poor digestion, acid reflux, arthritis, bad skin, weak liver, sluggishness, foul breath and even restless sleep. Getting fiber in your diet is so easy when you simply have 1 healthy smoothie a day. Add superfoods to your smoothie and you can really maximize the power of your foods to get the most fiber, nutrients, minerals and chlorophyll – all valuable tools for healing and all elements needed to make you feel that Healthy Bliss!

I am overweight and despite what anyone says to you, no one can make you take off weight. One day I woke up and I’d had enough. I changed the way I ate, I changed what I ate. Since then my blood pressure has continued to drop, I’ve taken off weight and just by cutting out meat my cholesterol dropped by over 100. I’ve got a long way to go, but I feel good and that’s what matters
I took my sister’s suggestion and started eating kale, and learned to prepare eggplant in a delicious recipe. Much more fruit and veggies, little if any sugar. And I’ve lost almost 20 pounds! I feel great not bad at 76!
I have major, long-term health issues and am nearly house-bound. I’ve been trying to convert to a plant-based diet and trying to make a “green” drink daily. I find it really gives me more strength and energy. I use a regular blender that does a good job with soft fruits and veggies but I’m dreaming of a high power blender so I can add more veggies!!
Thank you for a sweet give away! I have removed sugar, processed foods, dairy from my diet and am working my way to a raw diet lifestyle! Love green smoothies! Thanks again!
One positive change I have made is more veggies, especially greens as well!
The one healthy choice I have made was giving up sugary sodas and diet chemically laced beverages for good because there is no safe nutritional value to them. I flavor water with fruit and I love to mix all kinds of vegetables and fruits together to make healthy drinks instead.
One positive change I have done is cut out wheat and dairy. My eczema is clearing up and I have more energy.
Started drinking green smoothies and, wow, what a change in my skin, overall outlook and energy level. I love it. My Kitchen Aid blender does not!
since i started making myself daily green smoothies i have a ton more energy and haven’t been sick all winter!
I started eatting a grapefruit every morning before anything else. It seems to have given me the jump start that I need, after two weeks, I am finding that I do not need coffee. This is a start to changing my diet to a raw foods diet. I am extremly interested in this, and am making the steps to learn more. I do not eat from a box but at the same time, been dealing with some health issues that do not allow me to spend hours at the stove. The vitamix may give me the middle ground I have been looking for.
I have given up processed food and am currently about 70% raw, trying to aim to at least 85% soon!!
I finally made the decision back in March to eliminate all processed, preservative, GMO foods out of my diet and follow a confined nutritional diet that includes raw foods. I have also included an exercise program that has been modified due to me having knee surgery. I am proud to say I have lost 55lbs since then with only 25 more to go. Had I not followed you and other nutritional experts on FB, I would be loss. My diet includes juicing two times a day, a raw salad, and a sensible dinner which includes soups, quinoa, sprouted rice, and occasionally fish or chicken. I also drink about 8 cups of water a day. I feel lighter than ever and have an abundance of energy:)
I started making 2 green smoothies per day. I love veggies but I do not think I was eating enough severing per day. After making them apart of my daily ritual it started eliminates waste more frequently, I have a lot more energy, and fewer skin blemishes. I also found that I would snack at much at work.
I have cut back on gluten and sugar, and have begun adding more raw foods to my diet
I try to stay away from sugar and carbs. It makes me feel so much better! I love drinking water too. Smoothies are wonderful. Love drinking them!
I have totally changed my diet with adding a lot more vegetables and fruits. Am doing a lot of juices (Green or colorful). All organic!
Gluten free. A lot less meats.
Feel much better, sleep better, more energy!
Yes, that might be expensive, but I see this as investing in my future great health!
It helped me lose pregnancy weight and lowered my bad cholesterol
we stopped eating meat and processed ‘food’ for the most part. me & the kids have slimmed down and now when we eat processed food & meat, we feel HORRIBLE – a great sign that healthy eating is the norm! 🙂 we all (4 kids) love smoothies in the mornings!
I’ve been eating more leafy greens and use portion control. No more going back for “seconds” or more. Since I’ve started that, I’ve noticed I don’t need to eat as much to feel full. I also don’t snack in front of the TV anymore. I’ve lost some weight, but would like to lose about 10-15 more lbs.
Going gluten free! Feel much better!
After a doctor appointment in January 2012, I change my eating habits, started calorie counting and an exercise program. To date, I have lost 40 pounds and lowered my cholesterol by -20 points!
My sister-in-law who lives in WA (I live in MN) has a Vita-Mix and makes me smoothies when I visit. I would love to do the same when she visits!
been vegetarian for over 15 years now and the one thing that really helped out my body was doing more alkine foods, and upped my natural gut flora was key and by doing so i took kombucha , apple cider vinegar, lemon and water, also distilled water helped to rid alot of the imbedded toxins in my body. I do feel younger and happier overall than I used to when I was actually in my 20’s.
I have adapted an eat clean lifestyle which has led to weight loss, clear skin and tons of energy.
The change I have made this year is to eat organic food as much as possible. I try to buy USDA certified organic and local produce, meat and dairy and my husband has also embraced the change.
The taste is far better no doubt, but I feel good and more energetic no doubt.
I now buy organic produce and I have given up buying products with chemicals which is a challenge at time. As someone who does medical research said, “there are no safe levels when it comes to chemicals” and I agree.
I am a senior but feel 30! We are what we eat!
Went gluten, soy and egg free due to food sensitivities. Lost 15 pounds. Very sensitive stomach, would love to be able to blend everything.
Stopped drinking soda and fruit juices:)
I’ve made many changes but if I had to pick the most impactful it would have to be stop eating right before I feel full. I no longer feel miserably full after a meal and I’ve dropped some lb’s.
I’ve been starting each day with a fruit and green powder smoothie
I cut out dairy and gluten and saw a huge improvement in my daughters’ constipation and colds issues.
One positive change which basically changed my life is eating ONLY those foods that serve me well!
I’ve cut out chemicalized, processed, artificial junk foods. I look for whole ingredients I can recognize and it turns out, they are the tastiest for me!
As a result, I’m healthy, energetic and happy!
(already follow both you and Vitamix on Twitter! – striving4zennyc)
I’m following you and Vitamix. The one positive change I’ve made is cutting back on refined sugar in my diet. I don’t have the effcts of high and low blood sugar levels now.
When I went to high carb/low fat raw vegan. Have never felt so amazing and had so much energy. Also stopped using shampoo that was was full of harsh chemicals. Now I use baking soda and apple cider vinegar. My skin is really clearing up after years of trouble.
I’ve been having fruit and green powder smoothies several times a week.
I was disgnosed with an autoimmune disorder 20 yrs ago & was placed on meds that had horrendous side effects. I had no choice but to keep taking them if I was to stay in remission, except that they didn’t always work. In March of this year, I decided to go vegan. I eat a plant-based, gluten-free & 75% raw diet. I not only feel better but I’ve lost 18 lbs., and since October, I have been med-free & my disease has been in remission. To say that this change in diet is a miracle is an huge understatement. I will never, ever go back to tthe way I ate before. Green smoothies are a big part of my day & without them, I never would have regained my health.
I’ve added more green vegetables and more variety in fruit and vegetables to my diet. I know this helps me feel better.
The first positive thing I did was to eliminate gluten from my diet! Chronic sinus infections disappeared! The next was to go Vegan!
After buying my Vitamix, I started making both my breakfast shakes and lunch soups everyday! -35lbs. later, I am so much happier, healthier and a DEVOUT Vitamix loyalist! They are the Rolls Royce of Blenders and I hate going on vacation without it.
I have up all surgar , all processed foods, and carbs, , I am eating all fresh and natural food grown local.
I’m a firm believer in having balance and doing things in moderation. I also believe you have to know what you’re doing in order to make changes. I journal all of the food that I eat. By doing this I can see where I might be eating too much or too little of a food group and pay attention to my portion sizes. I also log all of my exercise. What I’m working on now is getting better at planning my meals and finding new ideas and recipes so that I don’t get bored or feel deprived.
The best positive change I made was enrolling in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition . . . that one change brought on countless other ones that have improved my health, nutrition and wellness!
I am ending my year by starting to exercise and do weight bearing exercises since I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I stopped drinking my pepsi which was very hard since I have been drinking them my whole life. I want to start drinking healthier drinks. I would love to own a Vitamix 5200 to start me on the right path. I now am using my oster machine. I am adding more veggies and fruit to by husband and my diets. We cut out our goodies i.e. cookies and snacks.
I switched to a “healthy” vegan diet and have more energy and lost the excess body fat. 🙂
We cut out all sugary drinks and most processed foods and rarely eat out.
Bought a vitamix specifically to make smoothies since we have no Jamba Juice in our area. My wife has become a smoothie queen. Yum!
Now I need one that I can give to my parents.
we gave up sugar and soda and feel so much better. but we NEED a blender so bad because i crave smoothies all the time!
I gave up Mainstream soda a long time ago, gave up Gluten and Wheat products along with being a Vegan now. It has helped me because now i get less headaches, i lost some weight. I also feel very good inside and out. I would love to win so i can take it a step further by making other types of foods that are easier to prepare in a Blender for my kids. Smoothies, Soups.
I have recently lost 50 pounds by cleaning up my diet and exercising regularly. I’ve increased my water intake along with cutting out ALL processed foods. I’d like to own a Vitamix to add even more healthy options to my diet via smoothies and more whole foods. I’ve invested in myself to lose the weight and my health!
Juicing! I’ve been getting lots of fresh produce for my new juicer and it’s
a great way of making sure I get more fruits, veggies, and nutrition. Juicing
is so great for glowing skin and more energy.
Have a fruit smoothie for breakfast every morning. That way, I start my day feeling healthy, which makes me want to eat better and exercise the rest of the day. It also ensures that I get a large serving of fruits/veggies each day.
