This Beauty of a Blender could be Yours for FREE!

Imagine starting the New Year with a Vitamix Blender…for FREE! Thanks to the generous folks at Vitamix, I have one FREE Vitamix Blender to giveaway this holiday season! This blog post will tell you everything you need to know about the FREE Vitamix giveaway, so keep reading and be sure to add your comment below! In addition, I’m also offering a FREE online Iridology Analysis and a FREE Green Smoothie DVD and eKit to the lucky winner. This is our way of saying ‘Thank you’ to all of my loyal Twitter followers, clients and Facebook friends. If we are willing to offer you the chance of a clean, fresh start to your health and well-being for 2013, you better believe that we believe in what we do and we believe in you too!

Just in case you don’t know what a Vitamix is, it’s a blender. That means it blends the fiber and the liquid of whatever you put inside. It is not a juicer (a juicer separates the fiber from the liquid, leaving only the liquid for you to drink). A blender is very practical for busy people because it takes a just a few minutes to prepare your creation, is very easy to clean, and with a blender, you get all the nutrients from your food plus you get the fiber too. Most people are simply not eating enough fiber in their daily diet; the result can lead to poor digestion, acid reflux, arthritis, bad skin, weak liver, sluggishness, foul breath and even restless sleep. Getting fiber in your diet is so easy when you simply have 1 healthy smoothie a day. Add superfoods to your smoothie and you can really maximize the power of your foods to get the most fiber, nutrients, minerals and chlorophyll – all valuable tools for healing and all elements needed to make you feel that Healthy Bliss!

The ‘BMW’ of blender motors!

Now you know that the Vitamix is a blender. But I didn’t mention that it is the BMW of blenders. Well, it better be…for a price of $449.00 USD!! It’s the dream blender of every raw foodist and health enthusiast I know, including me! The reason why the Vitamix Blender is considered the best blender on the market is because it has an excellent motor, it’s extremely well made and it’s guaranteed for 7 years. You can blend anything in this blender thanks to that motor, even an avocado seed, it’s true! This is a blender that lasts for life; that’s why people pay a lot for it, because it’s really a long-term investment in your health. I am really excited to have the chance to give this away because I’ve seen the change that my clients have made, and I know that good food is the key.

An Online Iridology Analysis ($99.95 value): What it can do for you

Iridology is the science of the iris, or colored portion, of the eye. The iris is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and central nervous system through the optic nerve. The optic nerve connects to the central nervous system (CNS) which is the main communication link to everything that goes on in the body.

Jennifer Offers Iridology via Skype, Phone or Email

Jennifer Thompson is a Certified Comprehensive Iridologist (CCI) and offers a complete Iridology Analysis via Skype, email or phone. She makes recommendations for improvement that may involve doing some form of a detox (colon cleanse, heavy metal detox, kidney cleanse, skin cleanse, etc) and a change in diet that may include adding certain foods to your diet and reducing/minimizing others.

  • The skype call is 1-hour in length and is recorded. The video file is sent to you by email after the call.

It all began with a crazy dream, implanted in my mind like a seed by a good healthy-nutty friend — to clean and detoxify the body with one of the most radical cleanses, the master cleanse. I still cannot believe I controlled my mind and the senses to complete the 12 day fast! After that, all changed for me. I began my raw food journey. When the liver, and the mind, slowly began to discharge years of toxin and emotional build-up, my perspective of my body and my relationship with food became very clear. And I knew I had to change. Luckily, after a few days without food, you begin to crave the simple, sweetest and juiciest, natural foods, like a mango. What before seemed impossible (a raw cleanse), actually revealed to be a natural step forward in my life – accepting a high raw diet. I became a vegetarian 10+ years ago, and vegan 1+ year ago, raw was a natural progression. It is still work in progress, though. I am currently very much fallen back into the cooked foods world, honestly, and am 50 – max 70% percent raw. Which means, it might be time for another detox (yikes!). I have an excuse though, I just completed my first sprint triathlon on Thanksgiving, and my first half marathon on Dec 2. Let’s just say I’m hungry! I am learning every day, the main subject being appreciating the nature’s riches and caring for (not abusing) my body.

I changed my diet about 6 years ago starting to eating about 80% raw food. I drink at least 1 quart of green smoothie made in my vita mix every day. I also eat around 6-8 cups of salad every day. I only quit eating sugar about 2 1/2 years ago. I didn’t eat that much I thought, but I was still getting sick. So now I drink juice of 1 lemon with 1 quart of water EVERY morning, then when I am hungry I will drink my 1 quart of green smoothie. If I am hungry within 4 hours, I will eat a avocado sandwich on sprouted wheat bread. Then for supper, I eat the 6-8 cups of salad and maybe some cooked vegies and maybe a little brown rice. Since I quite the sugar and started eating mostly raw LIVING foods, I have NOT been sick! I used to get sick 1-2 times a year. I will not EVER go back to eating the plain regular way that most Americans eat. I am a American that is ALIVE and LOVES to eat LIVING foods! I love my vita mix, because it helps me KEEP my health, that I am NOT willing to give up. I’m 48 and still feel great 🙂 I am so thankful for the Vita-mix machine 🙂

What is one positive change that you’ve made in your diet and how has your health improved as a result? I have been one and off vegetarian for years now. I have a sweet tooth and quit drinking coffee and eating sugar mostly. I have noticed I have candida and have been on a raw diet with no wheat, yeast, sugar, carb. I have been using my processor to blend flax seeds and veggies.I blend all my foods. I live off smoothies. It has been hard but once I get passed the killing of candida I cant wait to eat fruits again and I would love the vitamix. It would help out my diet so much and im a student and don’t have the money to buy one.

Had to make major changes to household diet due to several food allergies that my son with Down syndrome has. We have cut out all gluten and dairy, and have been trying to be creative in pushing more greens and veggies in his diet, since he doesn’t understand why he has to have diet changes. Disguising things in smoothies has been successful for me to get him to eat things he normally would have picked out!
His health changes have been dramatic; the chronic constipation that he had since birth is GONE! He poos like clockwork now. He is no longer tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable, and he sleeps soundly through the night. He is more alert and engaged at school, and behavior issues there have plummeted as a result of his change in diet.
For myself, the inclusion of more smoothies and less dairy & gluten in my diet has increased my energy and has diminished the bloated feeling that I often had after eating. I also feel like I have more clarity in my thinking and in performing daily tasks.

Had I the benefit of a Vitamix blender to make use of every part of the fruits or vegetables, I would of been able to get full use of not only fruits or vegetables, but my dollar would of been better spent. Now, my nutrition has increased and my well being.

I now eat a very low glycemic load diet, free of refined carbohydrates and am continuing my love affair with Green Smothies. 4 months on and I feel healthier and more joy than I did before cancer came to call. Maintaining this kind of diet and incorporating Smoothies and high doses of Vitamin C, I do not look like an ill person. Grateful to you for being introduced to Green Smoothies over 2 years ago now. Thanks so much

I found out that I have osteoporosis. I am focusing on eating more dark leafy green vegetables and finding foods that are high in calcium to build stronger bones. I’ve started having juice or a smoothie every morning. I feel great and rarely experience a mid-afternoon slump. Almost never drink coffee anymore either.

I eliminated all processed foods & use only fresh organic foods. I’ve become completely strict raw vegan especially due to all my food allergies & food sensitivities. After doing all this on my own & doctors stupid to not associate food w/all my health issues, I took the initiative & changed my food & eating & for the first time in my entire life I can actually eat food & also not get also not get sick. I’m also spreading the word.

I just learned about living foods a year ago and have had phases during the past year of eating only raw/vegan. I love how it makes me feel, and how it supports my practice. Makes my head clear. Wish I could live raw all the time, but it’s hard to maintain all the time while traveling…so working on how to eat raw and be in the mainstream world.
thanks for your site and continuing education!

I’ve been drinking green juices, but would love the opportunity to start blending more foods. I’m excited to enter the contest!

I have cut starchy carbs and replaced with more vegetables, and I am not as tired. Thanks for having the Vitamix giveaway.
