This Beauty of a Blender could be Yours for FREE!

Imagine starting the New Year with a Vitamix Blender…for FREE! Thanks to the generous folks at Vitamix, I have one FREE Vitamix Blender to giveaway this holiday season! This blog post will tell you everything you need to know about the FREE Vitamix giveaway, so keep reading and be sure to add your comment below! In addition, I’m also offering a FREE online Iridology Analysis and a FREE Green Smoothie DVD and eKit to the lucky winner. This is our way of saying ‘Thank you’ to all of my loyal Twitter followers, clients and Facebook friends. If we are willing to offer you the chance of a clean, fresh start to your health and well-being for 2013, you better believe that we believe in what we do and we believe in you too!

Just in case you don’t know what a Vitamix is, it’s a blender. That means it blends the fiber and the liquid of whatever you put inside. It is not a juicer (a juicer separates the fiber from the liquid, leaving only the liquid for you to drink). A blender is very practical for busy people because it takes a just a few minutes to prepare your creation, is very easy to clean, and with a blender, you get all the nutrients from your food plus you get the fiber too. Most people are simply not eating enough fiber in their daily diet; the result can lead to poor digestion, acid reflux, arthritis, bad skin, weak liver, sluggishness, foul breath and even restless sleep. Getting fiber in your diet is so easy when you simply have 1 healthy smoothie a day. Add superfoods to your smoothie and you can really maximize the power of your foods to get the most fiber, nutrients, minerals and chlorophyll – all valuable tools for healing and all elements needed to make you feel that Healthy Bliss!

The ‘BMW’ of blender motors!

Now you know that the Vitamix is a blender. But I didn’t mention that it is the BMW of blenders. Well, it better be…for a price of $449.00 USD!! It’s the dream blender of every raw foodist and health enthusiast I know, including me! The reason why the Vitamix Blender is considered the best blender on the market is because it has an excellent motor, it’s extremely well made and it’s guaranteed for 7 years. You can blend anything in this blender thanks to that motor, even an avocado seed, it’s true! This is a blender that lasts for life; that’s why people pay a lot for it, because it’s really a long-term investment in your health. I am really excited to have the chance to give this away because I’ve seen the change that my clients have made, and I know that good food is the key.

An Online Iridology Analysis ($99.95 value): What it can do for you

Iridology is the science of the iris, or colored portion, of the eye. The iris is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and central nervous system through the optic nerve. The optic nerve connects to the central nervous system (CNS) which is the main communication link to everything that goes on in the body.

Jennifer Offers Iridology via Skype, Phone or Email

Jennifer Thompson is a Certified Comprehensive Iridologist (CCI) and offers a complete Iridology Analysis via Skype, email or phone. She makes recommendations for improvement that may involve doing some form of a detox (colon cleanse, heavy metal detox, kidney cleanse, skin cleanse, etc) and a change in diet that may include adding certain foods to your diet and reducing/minimizing others.

  • The skype call is 1-hour in length and is recorded. The video file is sent to you by email after the call.

I went on a 60 day juice fast & lost 70 lbs. Green smoothies & juices totally cured my heartburn. I didn’t have the greatest juicer (or blender) but I was so determined to take control of my health. Being heartburn free has freed me of medication & slimming down has changed my life in more ways than I could imagine. Veg 4 Life!

    Hi Jennifer!
What a great giveaway! I think this year has been a turning point for me as I decided to educate myself about nutrition by reading, watching videos and meeting like minded people. You were a huge inspiration to me, especially after meeting you in person this year at The Pink Cow in Tokyo! It was a wonderful day:) Green smoothies are now my energy “fix” instead of coffee every morning, and I feel so much better! I have pestered local shops here to order in fresh organic kale and Swiss Chard from Hokkaido-previously it was VERY difficult to get here, so now we can have fresh kale in our smoothies-YUM! If I was lucky enough to win this amazing machine, I would use it to educate others as well, by giving friends and students smoothies and juices. I would like to be able to set up some green smoothie English classes into my courses. (I am an English teacher here in Tokyo). Thank you for educating and inspiring so many people worldwide! Hope to see you in Samui early next year-Happy Holidays!

I have completely changed the way I eat in the last 3 weeks. I no longer eat any grains, dairy or sugar and NO processed foods at all. I have lost 10lbs and 6″ in just three weeks. My energy levels are skyrocketing, I sleep wonderfully and my skin is clearing up. I have multiple auto immune diseases, but my symptoms are so low that they are almost nil (coming from a place where I was bed bound just under a year ago). My medications are being adjusted to lower levels with the hope that I will be able to discontinue some completely!

When I overcame my depression and started LOVING myself, other people and Mother Nature, I became eternally grateful!!! 🙂 Love and gratitude for myself, humanity and nature caused me to take proper care of my body and the earth, I started to minimize processed junk and incorporate whole, living foods fresh from mother nature into my diet and encourage others as well!!! The health benefits are awesome!!! I’ve received mental clarity, my skin looks amazing, I rarely suffer from dis-ease anymore and i have energy for days. I LOVE resonating with Mother Nature 🙂

We eliminated all animal products from our diet about six years ago. Cholesterol levels plummeted, which meant hubs avoided having to take medication. But just as important, we enjoy food more now than ever. We began trying all sorts of wonderful fruits, vegetables and foods we never had before. Our meals brim with vibrant colors and incredible flavors. Our kitchen feels so clean now, never having to worry about cross contamination from uncooked meat and such. Our only regret — not making this change sooner.

Third is kale with blueberries, apple, banana, milk, and ice. Increases you metabolism, gives you energy, and feeling full the whole day.

I ran my first half marathon recently by implementing not only training, but healthy foods like green smoothies, protein smoothies, and natural and raw foods. I am studying nutrition in college in hopes of being a dietician (or something similar and exciting!) and a vitamix given to me FREE would be awesome for an aspiring nutritionist on a college student budget. I would be so elated to have the tools to being healthier on my own, and learn more about the power of foods to fuel our bodies.

I bought my vitamix a year ago when I turned 50. Making the decision that I wanted to be a slim fit old lady, rather then continuing down the path of putting on a “just a few” pounds each year. In 1 year I was down toy goal weight, eating much more healthy fresh food. A green smoothly or 2 a day has made all the difference!

I’ve incorporated more raw foods into my diet. I love smoothies and fresh squeezed/pressed juice. I always feel better win I drink them. I’ve actually started to CRAVE them! So many around me are down with the flu, strep, or other nasty bug- not me! If I do feel achy it’s usually less than 12 hours; no fever, and just tired. I feel like raw foods heal the body and sadly most of us don’t get anywhere near a fraction of the required fruits and vegetables. After going raw for one month, my total cholesterol lowered by 61 points, my LDL lowered by 45 points and my triglycerides went down by 2 points (they were already normal.) I love how I feel!!!

Avoided sugar, added nuts, seeds (good fats)! Result: more energy!

I started making green smoothies in my 3rd pregnancy and it made such a difference! I also reduced sugar consumption and went gluten free. My whole family is much healthier for it. My energy level is much better and my skin is clearer.

I’ve been drinking green smoothies in the morning to try to boost my intake of vitamins. I usually do Spinach, carrot, white chia seeds, then whatever fruits I have. YUM. I’m actually starting to crave them!
