This Beauty of a Blender could be Yours for FREE!

Imagine starting the New Year with a Vitamix Blender…for FREE! Thanks to the generous folks at Vitamix, I have one FREE Vitamix Blender to giveaway this holiday season! This blog post will tell you everything you need to know about the FREE Vitamix giveaway, so keep reading and be sure to add your comment below! In addition, I’m also offering a FREE online Iridology Analysis and a FREE Green Smoothie DVD and eKit to the lucky winner. This is our way of saying ‘Thank you’ to all of my loyal Twitter followers, clients and Facebook friends. If we are willing to offer you the chance of a clean, fresh start to your health and well-being for 2013, you better believe that we believe in what we do and we believe in you too!

Just in case you don’t know what a Vitamix is, it’s a blender. That means it blends the fiber and the liquid of whatever you put inside. It is not a juicer (a juicer separates the fiber from the liquid, leaving only the liquid for you to drink). A blender is very practical for busy people because it takes a just a few minutes to prepare your creation, is very easy to clean, and with a blender, you get all the nutrients from your food plus you get the fiber too. Most people are simply not eating enough fiber in their daily diet; the result can lead to poor digestion, acid reflux, arthritis, bad skin, weak liver, sluggishness, foul breath and even restless sleep. Getting fiber in your diet is so easy when you simply have 1 healthy smoothie a day. Add superfoods to your smoothie and you can really maximize the power of your foods to get the most fiber, nutrients, minerals and chlorophyll – all valuable tools for healing and all elements needed to make you feel that Healthy Bliss!

The ‘BMW’ of blender motors!

Now you know that the Vitamix is a blender. But I didn’t mention that it is the BMW of blenders. Well, it better be…for a price of $449.00 USD!! It’s the dream blender of every raw foodist and health enthusiast I know, including me! The reason why the Vitamix Blender is considered the best blender on the market is because it has an excellent motor, it’s extremely well made and it’s guaranteed for 7 years. You can blend anything in this blender thanks to that motor, even an avocado seed, it’s true! This is a blender that lasts for life; that’s why people pay a lot for it, because it’s really a long-term investment in your health. I am really excited to have the chance to give this away because I’ve seen the change that my clients have made, and I know that good food is the key.

An Online Iridology Analysis ($99.95 value): What it can do for you

Iridology is the science of the iris, or colored portion, of the eye. The iris is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and central nervous system through the optic nerve. The optic nerve connects to the central nervous system (CNS) which is the main communication link to everything that goes on in the body.

Jennifer Offers Iridology via Skype, Phone or Email

Jennifer Thompson is a Certified Comprehensive Iridologist (CCI) and offers a complete Iridology Analysis via Skype, email or phone. She makes recommendations for improvement that may involve doing some form of a detox (colon cleanse, heavy metal detox, kidney cleanse, skin cleanse, etc) and a change in diet that may include adding certain foods to your diet and reducing/minimizing others.

I made changes long ago to eat clean and green but I am most looking forward to having my baby (I’m pregnant) eat clean from birth (unfortunately my childhood was laden with so much processed foods and low quality junk food). I am salivating for a Vitamix because I intend to make my baby’s food from simple, whole, organic foods! Butternut squash pear purée – here we come!!!!

Well, I crossed the border from a meat/dairy person to vegan — upstaging the 7 vegetarians in my office 😉 The benefits, thus far, are a 15 lb weight loss; higher energy levels; more consistent with my emotions —-AND doubly happy because the husband joined me after watching Forks Over Knives……

I have cut way way back on eating chicken and have not had beef or turkey in years. I made a decision this past Thanksgiving that pork will now go the way of beef and sticking with fish – salmon, shrimp, halibut occasionally. Chia seeds have given me a boost in calcium along with skim milk and flax seeds. Still working on the sweets though. I drink a smoothie every morning made with chia seeds, fruits, vegetables, acai juice, blueberry juice, etc. – gets me moving in the morning.

almost 20 years ago, concerned about the treatment of animals in the meat, dairy, and egg industries, i became a vegan. weight shed off my body effortlessly, i felt energized, and i was inspired by all of the plant-based foods there were to make healthful, delicious meals. i’ve never looked back and feel forever grateful to the kind and compassionate man who later became my husband and father of our young (vegan) son for leading the way.
thanks so much for your great work!

I have eliminated sugar from my diet. I believe I have more energy and I do not crave sweets any more. It was hard to do at first, as I was used to following my dinner every night with a dessert. But now, 1. I do not have desserts in the house and 2. I co not crave them any more.

I started making a Green smoothie drink in my juicer machine over a year ago and dropped my LDL 40 points. My Endocrinologist could not believe it and told me before “You can not lower your LDL by diet alone” I was sure I was not going to take a medication for it. Thankfully, my HBA1C also lowered. We have taken a lot of the red meats out of our diet.
Yesterday I was motivated to have a drink from my juicer, but it so messy and so much work. I hate to waste the pulp. With the Vitamix I would reap the benefits with all the Greens!

I primarily eat a plant based diet with lots of moderation and a respect for seasonal changes and following a regimen that promotes harmonious balance. A smoothie a day, a juice a day and then a decent hearty meal makes for a happy boy over here.

I became a vegetarian in March of 2011 and since then I have become increasingly aware of my body, how it reacts to my food intake, and I now value health and fitness more than in any other point in my life. I have lost about 85 pounds, down from 250 to 160, but still hope to eliminate my vices of fried vegetables and cheese.
I also learned that eating organic fruits and using natural remedies for the flu and other common viruses helps to alleviate my symptoms from Tourette’s and OCD. I am truly amazed at how far I have come and wonder how I could ever ignore my body and what it tried to tell me to such a great extent.

I suffered from bipolar disorder for several years, and after hearing about orthomolecular medicine and the role of nutrition in mood disorders, I completely overhauled my diet. I had spent years overweight and depressed with high cholesterol and terrible acne, and over a period of a few months I gave up gluten, dairy, meat and (most) sugar. This had the most tremendous affect on my moods, and I would now consider myself cured. Changing my diet allowed me to come off all medication, which I have remained off for four years.

I am now trying to enter into more of a raw food diet, as I feel even better when I eat this way. I love supporting others who are just finding out about the amazing benefits of green smoothies and vegan diets, and having had three cheap, broken blenders this year a Vitamix Blender would be incredible!

My parents ate and drank mostly everything out of a box, can or jar! That was their convenience! & caused (unknown to them then) us major harm! Also, we learnt by example! so I had a disadvantage! Had to “re learn” about proper nutrition and Now I am so proud and happy to say that my MOST IMPORTANT CHANGE EVER! is that my two beautiful girls are learning to eat RAW, nutritious & healthy, and not having to forfeit on taste! It is just as convenient to pop fresh/raw yummy it into your blender (would be even easier if I/We had a Vitamix) and whizz our way to perfect health! They even learning how to incorporate healthy oils! i.e. coconut oils into their fruit smoothy, out of their own free will! and this all from a very early age!!! They are calmer, happier healthier and well rounded! (they have tons of energy in a nice way! No longer peeling anyone off the walls after their sugar/fizzy drinking/eating binges! YAY!!!) It is, after all “you are what you eat”!!! & I have learnt big time! No boxes, cans or highly processed foods in our house! (ps: I even make my own tomato sauce and paste now!!)

Little by little I am changing my diet and noticing the change in my body. Slowly eliminating things I can do without and getting accustomed to it like drinking coffee black without milk and sweetener. Eating more of fresh fruits and vegetables and noticing more energy.

looking to get a vitamix next year. Already I can see what foods I’d like to make and I know that Vitamix blenders can emulsify a lot better than the Ninja or Nutribullet which still leave chunks

We started following the Feingold Diet, after we realized how affected our ASD/ADHD kids are by ingesting processed foods with artificial favors, colors and especially preservatives. Once I started choosing natural and healthy alternatives for myself too, I noticed not only was my body feeling more energetic and healthy, but my attitude and outlook on life improved! I don’t have a blender or anything similar to a Vitamix, so I make smoothies in a compact little chopper with yogurt, flax seed and frozen fruits. It’s such a great way to start the day, and avoid fattening breakfast sandwiches or carb-filled treats. I can only imagine the wonderful possibilities if I could add in whole fruits and veggies! But most of all, it’s become important to set a good example of healthy eating and exercise for my kids, and to introduce them to healthier options for meals and snacks.

With juicing my vegies (green juice) I have been able to eat more vegies than ever before in my life! I noticed a reduction in food cravings and a decrease in abdominal weight and bloating. I also decreased dairy, wheat and corn.

I added tons of greens (& other veggies) to my smoothies and it has given me more energy and satisfies me more than eating a ‘regular’ breakfast. We are over fed but under nourised (too many calories, but lacking the nutrients)…so this helps me with the nutrients that charges me!! 🙂
