This Beauty of a Blender could be Yours for FREE!
Just in case you don’t know what a Vitamix is, it’s a blender. That means it blends the fiber and the liquid of whatever you put inside. It is not a juicer (a juicer separates the fiber from the liquid, leaving only the liquid for you to drink). A blender is very practical for busy people because it takes a just a few minutes to prepare your creation, is very easy to clean, and with a blender, you get all the nutrients from your food plus you get the fiber too. Most people are simply not eating enough fiber in their daily diet; the result can lead to poor digestion, acid reflux, arthritis, bad skin, weak liver, sluggishness, foul breath and even restless sleep. Getting fiber in your diet is so easy when you simply have 1 healthy smoothie a day. Add superfoods to your smoothie and you can really maximize the power of your foods to get the most fiber, nutrients, minerals and chlorophyll – all valuable tools for healing and all elements needed to make you feel that Healthy Bliss!

I cut out wheat, sugar and dairy. I’m trying to heal my body by eating whole foods no processed foods. I would love vitamix to make it easier!
I eat mostly nutrient dense foods that will fuel my body for the busy lifestyle I have. A lot of raw veggies and fruit, whole grains, dairy, green smothies everyday, and no refined sugars…I also believe we need to start with our children. If we teach them to eat for their health we would have more health concious people, less overweigh, less disease and less processed foods being made as no one would buy them! Health is number 1 for me and my family!!!
I’ve added more greens to my diet whether via salads, smoothies or part of a main dish. Although I’ve lost a little weight (5lbs) I’ve noticed I have way more energy and my skin is better too!
Switched to a plant-based diet. It’s been incredible so far and had eliminated all inflammation in my shoulder!!
Like someone needing a financial advisor to make sense of the financial issues we all face, I hope for help(and need help) preparing fresh and wholesome foods for me:) I am terrible at it, constantly make bad choices, am single, never really learned much in the kitchen, am busy with my job and volunteer fire fighter, I am just not feeling good at all. I do think with changes, determination will follow, and better health will come, and less stress will ease my wrinkles:) All in all, everyone here wants to experience better health, no doubt. Thank you for your consideration and for this Blessing!
I have been eating more cleaner more veggies & fruits. Now I am trying to cut out all dairy & sugar . I have felt more energetic & my skin has a glow.
More fruits and veggies!! I am in college right now and I definitely have not been eating enough fruits and veggies!
I’ve started eating “in” more and making my own fresh food for myself and my family. Better for us and our wallets, takes more time, but oh so worth it !
I went from vegetarian to vegan three years ago and have more energy than ever.
I started drinking organic fresh pressed juice every morning. I feel so much more energized, healthy, and nurished.
I have lost 100 pounds in the last 2 years! I make smoothies in my old dilapidated blender using almond, hemp, soy or coconut milk with fresh fruits, nuts, and the Navitas organic mixes of the superfood blend, superseed blend, and superfruit blend. I also add Acai powder, Maqui powder and various other great power foods from Navitas. I love supporting Navitas which is all organic and the company is local. I live only on Social Security so I would never be able to afford a Vitamix blender which I have dreamed of having for a long time! Thank you so much for having the giveaway.
I have started making fruit protein smoothies with a greens powder in the mornings! It makes me feel super energized for the day ahead.
Cut out soda and added organic juice it has reduced acid reflux and galbladder pain. I just bought a vitamix yesterday but am hoping to win one for my sister who has ms and cares for diabetic chf father in law full time. She needs a break she is so weak. I am Following you on Twitter as requested. Thank you…
I started taking a salad in a jar for lunch. I call it a shake salad – just shake it up before eating. I add quinoa for protein. Put it all in a gallon size zip lock bag with a fork in my lunch bag. It helps curb that 3:30 afternoon eat everything in site mode.
I have cut out soda almost entirely and feel 9 times better.
I cut out refined sugars several months ago and have lost weight and increased my energy and quality of sleep. Following you and vitamix on twitter!
I have slowed down my eating and bow think about the food I’m eating.
Will help with my weight loss journey.
For the last couple of months I have began periods of water fasting. I am working up to being able to do a 21 day water fast. I have lost a few pounds which is great, but even bigger than that, my taste buds have completely changed. I bit into a fast food burger I used to love and the first bite tasted like pure salt…disgusting. I no longer crave any fast food or red meat or fried foods.
I am following you and @vitamix on twitter.
I have recently cut out gluten, and the results are astounding! My stomach problems have significantly decreased. And I have lost some weight too!
I am trying to incorporate green smoothies into my daily diet, but what I am most proud of is encouraging my colleagues to eat healthy, to juice and to smoothie!
I decided to become a vegetarian 7 months ago, but about 3 weeks ago I was rushed to the emergency room. I had blood in my urine, felt like my skin was burning, and almost fainted. I was given penicillin, because hey found my white blood cell count elevated. I’ve never been allergic to antibiotics or penicillin, so when asked I asked not allergic. Within 5 minutes my face swelled up and my blood pressure had risen to the point where I was passing out. It was a very scary experience since I never had experienced this. Fast forward, since then I have cut out about 90% of processed foods. Have been making at least one green & fruit smoothie a day. Have even been making my own hummus and as many organic raw foods as I can. I don’t have a vitamix blender. I use a simple blender I had bought at target about 5 years a go. Still works and has treated me well. It’s been a great start and I have been feeling better than ever. More energy, focus, concentration. I do know I have long way to go, but I am glad I found Healthbliss.net . My goal is to go on the 40 day water fast some time next year, and in the meantime continue to embrace a healthier raw and vegetarian lifestyle.
Since cutting meat from my diet and adding more fruits and veggies, I’ve lost weight, have more energy and sleep better. My goal is to be 100% vegan eliminating dairy entirely which is a slow process because I love cheese! The Vitamix would allow me to add even more raw food to my diet. I would especially love making homemade soups with it.
I’m dying for a vitamix! We just gave three of them away at my company’s Christmas party and sadly I was not one of the winners.
I went vegetarian and have done a couple vegan challenges now too. While I’m not full on vegan, I do try to avoid dairy. It is amazing the difference in how I feel when I don’t eat animal products- no heavy or full feelings and more energy!
I’m 18 so eating healthy wasn’t at the top of my to-do list BUT THEN I realised I could eat healthy far more easily by:
1) not eating chips (English chips or fries)
2) chopping fruit in to my cereal for breakfast
3) eating all my vegetables!
Happy days!
Learned a ton following you on Twitter. Thanks Jennifer.
Immediately after Christmas, my husband and I decided to do a 30-day detox eating only raw foods. No meat, caffeine, processed sugar, etc. The first 7 days were the hardest. But after the first week, it became much easier to the point where we went out with friends for dinner and were disciplined enough to order a salad and didn’t let temptation win us over. But more than this, we had so much more energy and felt a vigor/rejuvenation that could only be attributed to the changes in our diet. After the 30 days were up, we decided we could never go back to the way we were eating before. While we are not fully vegan/raw food vegans, we are much more conscious of the foods we consume – reading the labels and passing on foods with ingredients we cannot pronounce. For me, the biggest impact that this had on me is that now I’m pregnant and I profoundly believe that the changes in my diet have positively impacted my pregnancy. I haven’t experienced significant morning sickness, backaches, excessive weight gain or any of the myriad of symptoms associated with pregnancy. At 7 months pregnant, I am still getting on the treadmill and working out with my husband and i have arguably more energy than some women who aren’t pregnant. The change in my diet I know will have a lasting impact for decades to come.
I have cut out tin foods, sugar, flour and rice. This has reduced my weight and kept it off consistently for 6 weeks now.
I have only begun o this path and would love to be able to consistently balance y diet with natural juices and vegetables and healthy meals. I am a little week sometimes but as i begin to exercise along with the daily walking i do i know things will get back into equilibrium.
Thank you for this offer and Happy Holidays!!!!!!!!!!!
A little over a month ago I started blending for breakfast, not to lose weight, but to increase my nutrient intake and to improve my overall health. My family has a history of diabetes and high cholesterol, and as I get older (I’ll be 30 in April), I realize that I’m in complete control of the state of my body, my temple, and to make excuses for not taking care of it is not loving myself. I love myself. I want to live long enough to fulfill all of my earthly desires. I still have destinations that want to travel to – you have to be healthy to do that. I want to raise a family and live to see them raise their own children. Again, long life is directly related to healthy habits. I think incorporating a Vitamix into my daily routine would dramatically increase my nutritional intake and lend structure to reforming my dietary habits.
After feeling ill and having almost daily cramps I discovered I was allergic to dairy, eggs and peanuts. In the process of eliminating these foods I found I had to actually cook. Real food, not the stuff out of boxes. Since this I have fallen in love with cooking, especially with vegetables.
@bergjo05
I have been as green as possible and avoid all GMO foods. I try to get all my foods as local as possible and cut out all white sugar and over processed snacks. I feel fuller longer and have much more energy!
Listening to my body and keeping what it likes and removing what it doesn’t. I feel great, look great!!
“Clean Eating” is what I have recently started and love it! I learn something everyday and love the recepies I find. It has given me more passion for cooking and of course I feel more energized with my new transition.
I recently (2 + months) ago started eating an organic, raw, vegan diet. It was much easier than I ever thought it would be to transition. After the initial couple of days detoxing from caffiene, sugar, gluten I started to feel not only terrific physically but also more inner peace and tranquility. I was going to eat a raw diet for a month or so and now I can’t imagine not eating at the very least a high raw diet.
I am coming off of a 60 lb weight loss and I want to keep it going and continue to become more healthy with green Smoothies and raw foods. A vitamix would be a great help!
Make green-smoothies a part of your daily life!
Affirm! I am healthy and vital.
Green-smoothies will change your life, and the way you live your life. Forever and for the best.
<3
A whole salad whipped into a bowl of soup. What a way to go. Smoothies are a great and an easy way to get all your minerals, vitamins, enzymes, etc in a soup, smoothie, ice cream, dressing, milks, or whatever you make without all the commerial byproduct found in processed foods etc. My health has greatly improved as well as my energy level. Feel like a kid again. Great for someone on the go.
Getting away from wheat, refined sugar, eating as much raw food as possible and taking probiotics, plant and pancreatic enzymes has made my psoriasis go from very severe on my elbows (not being able to touch my hand to my shoulder without bleeding) to being 85-90% healed. I hope to be !00% in the next few months.
I have made changes to my eating habits. I eat more raw foods than ever and I have lost 20 plus pounds. My favorite smoothie in the Vitamix is peaches, mango, banana and spinich. I also add super foods to it such as Natto, flaxseed oil and Suma root….I have all kinds of energy with this smoothie…Thanks Vitamix
I have cut the amount of salt and wheat and now have more energy and have lost some weight.
I’ve cut back on meat and dairy.. It’s helped me maintain my weight and I just FEEL lighter.
The best change I have made in my diet is drinking more water. I’ve lost weight from cutting out the sodas and my skin looks so much better!!
I eat more veggies than I used to and that makes me feel calmer and more connected to everything.
The positive change that I have made for my health and my body is giving up dairy. It does not agree with me, makes my skin break out…and is actually a disgusting product for humans if you really think about it. 🙂 I have lost weight since making this change and my skin has never looked better. There are so many excellent dairy substitutes out there now that it really is an easy change to stick with on a daily basis.
I started juicing every morning upon waking. It’s a great way to increase the nutrient content in your diet, and quickly I might add. I like to call it “the ultimate fast food.” As far as health improvements, the list is long, but some of the notables are that my natural energy is up and consistent throughout the day, my mental clarity has improved drastically, and my body simply feels great every day!
I follow you and Vitamix 🙂
I read labels and try to choose foods that aren’t loaded with added sugar.
I have started taking chlorophyll and have began to cut gluten from my diet, my stomach has never felt better. My goal is to become gluten, dairy and sugar free. I have been frantically searching for an inexpensive blender that will help me with a green smoothie cleanse/ daily smoothies. To win one would be the cats meow and save me the stress of spending.
i incororated double the amount of fresh fruits and veggies into my diet and i walk as much as possible!
I became a vegan about 2 years ago and I’ve never felt better. My skin is clear, my energy has increased and I just feel so healthy. My daughter (15) jumped on board with me a year ago and we’ve been researching and discovering new recipes and healthy food options regularly. We drink smoothies daily (sometimes more) and have been wanting the vitamix for a long time but ($$$ ) its not exactly in our budget . Our blender is on the way out the door so winning the vitamix would be awesome!!
I would absolutely LOVE a Vitamix!
Hi Monique, Please answer the question to be included in the contest, which is not only an opportunity to win a Vitamix, but a chance to share and exchange our stories of good health!
