If we are willing to offer you the chance of a clean, fresh start to your health and well-being for 2013, you better believe that we believe in what we do and we believe in you too!

Just in case you don’t know what a Vitamix is, it’s a blender. That means it blends the fiber and the liquid of whatever you put inside. It is not a juicer (a juicer separates the fiber from the liquid, leaving only the liquid for you to drink). A blender is very practical for busy people because it takes a just a few minutes to prepare your creation, is very easy to clean, and with a blender, you get all the nutrients from your food plus you get the fiber too. Most people are simply not eating enough fiber in their daily diet; the result can lead to poor digestion, acid reflux, arthritis, bad skin, weak liver, sluggishness, foul breath and even restless sleep. Getting fiber in your diet is so easy when you simply have 1 healthy smoothie a day. Add superfoods to your smoothie and you can really maximize the power of your foods to get the most fiber, nutrients, minerals and chlorophyll – all valuable tools for healing and all elements needed to make you feel that Healthy Bliss!

The ‘BMW’ of blender motors!

Now you know that the Vitamix is a blender. But I didn’t mention that it is the BMW of blenders. Well, it better be…for a price of $449.00 USD!! It’s the dream blender of every raw foodist and health enthusiast I know, including me! The reason why the Vitamix Blender is considered the best blender on the market is because it has an excellent motor, it’s extremely well made and it’s guaranteed for 7 years. You can blend anything in this blender thanks to that motor, even an avocado seed, it’s true! This is a blender that lasts for life; that’s why people pay a lot for it, because it’s really a long-term investment in your health. I am really excited to have the chance to give this away because I’ve seen the change that my clients have made, and I know that good food is the key.

I’m on my 2nd Vitamix. Sold the first one for what I paid for it so I could get the new model. Have used a Vitamix, almost daily, for almost 20 years . . . love it . . . best and most versatile kitchen appliance I own.
It opened up a whole new world of healthy eating options . . . use it for old habit breakfast replacement smoothies, make organic soups, fruit sorbets, have ground wheat berry for whole wheat flour to make healthy breads, salsa, and so much more.

Using my Vitamix was a key move to eat healthier . . . family history of high cholesterol and high blood pressure . . . now they are all normal . . . for the first time in my life!

One of my favorite smoothies: 1 whole orange (peeled), can add 1/2 grapefruit (peeled), 1 whole banana (peeled), 1/8 of a whole fresh pineapple (peeled), 2-3 large strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries, can add your favorite protein powder, if you choose, 1-1/2 cups ice cubes, 1-2 cups water . . . blend in your Vitamix and then ENJOY!
I buy a large quantity of the strawberries and blueberries when on sale, wash then let them dry, freeze on cookie sheets, then store in zip-lock bags in the freezer . . . always ready to go and don’t spoil . . . love this one!

The best thing I ever did was make a diet journal and a daily weight loss progress chart/line graph that I kept on the fridge door. So I was constantly reminded of how much and what quality food I consumed every day and how it affected my weight. … It was fascinating and it worked! I’ve added a lot more raw and whole foods to my diet, cut out a lot of junk, and been walking, practicing yoga and learning belly dancing! Since new year’s day 2012, I have lost a total of 42lbs! And I really didn’t change anything too dramatically… just slowly over time, changing small habits here and there… 🙂

I’ve been adding protein supplements to my diet to increase my daily protein intake. When I was pregnant with our daughter, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and had to meet with a dietician, had to workout with my trainer 3 times a week, and with my strict diet and workout routines I was able to maintain my blood sugars without insulin. After our daughter was born I was told that there is a 70% chance that I will develop type 2 diabetes. I took what I learned from my dietician and have monitored my protein to carb intake for 1 year now post pregnancy and feel great! I would love to add a Vitamix and your Green Smoothie recipes to my daily routine. We are trying to expand our family so any extra help to try and avoid Gestational Diabetes again would be great!!! Thanks for a great giveaway to provide a healthier lifestyle 🙂

Ever since I started working at a health store I have been able to get all the information I need to eat healthier. One thing I have done is eating meat that is raised locally and without hormones and antibiotics. Not only does it taste better but my body doesn’t feel like it used to when eating meat from a fast food restaurant. Plus its better for the environment.

It has been life changing, not to mention adding fresh juice in the morning. I am full of energy, my kids are learning why and what not to eat at very young ages. They know when they see a Coke delivery truck that it is icky food and why! (ages 2 and 3)

I’ve always been fairly healthy. However last November after I gave birth to my first child I weighed in at 200lbs! As soon as I was cleared to exercise post c-section I started a work out routine that I love! In addition, I now eat very clean! I focus on a whole foods/plant-based diet and am in transition to a raw vegan diet. I NEED a Vitamix! It would revolutionize the way I prepare food for my family and I. I’m happy to say that I have lost 65lbs! My husband has also lost weight. The most important thing to me though is the health of my child and I feel so blessed to be able to bring her up with a healthy outlook on food/life! Thanks!

So if I am tired or short on time trying to forego the smoothie-making, he is my conscience, demanding to get his smoothie! “But mommy, we need our liquid health every day!” he says… and so right he is!

I started adding more leafy veges to my diet. I always loved fruit but leaves were hard to eat and incorporate in to my diet. Initially I forced myself but now I kind of like them. Most importantly is that when I eat them I feel full, my stools and bowel movements are softer and more regular, and I have lost weight as a result :-}}}}}. Additionally, I have more energy and my skin looks better too. Yeah me!!

One benefit I get from my vita mix is adding a tablespoon of, (whole), flaxseed too smoothies. Not only does it make for a perfectly thick consistency, the grinding of the whole seed allows for other benefits too.
Of course the seed disappears, but the fresh grind gives beneficial oils and excellence fiber allowing for perfect stools.
this has become beneficial to my health and vibrancy.

I know that there are lots of health benefits being tossed away that a Vitamix would allow to remain in the juice!

I’ve been keeping more fruits and vegetables around the house. I know they’ll spoil if I don’t eat them, and that makes me reach for them first when I want a snack. I also make sure each dinner has a bunch of veggies, even if I’m sneaking them in purees and sauces to fool the rest of my family. Snacking on and eating more veggies keeps me from feeling as lethargic as I used to.
