    Lime and Lime JUICE! I have a Lime tree in the backyard and so I put one in my smoothies daily to keep them citrusy and fresh!

    At my farmer’s market there are some Asian ladies who sell Water Spinach. I had never seen it before. Love it in my green smoothies!! Awesome stuff! So if you see it, give it a try!

    Silybum marianum is my favorite green because it is a wild plant that grows in my garden and it is
