My grocery store carries a baby kale and spinach blend that I love to add.
I generally add kale or spinach.
I haven’t made many green smoothies, but I think my favorite would be spinach. It would be healthy, and the other ingredients would help disguise the taste. LOL Thanks for the giveaway!

My favorite green to add to my green juice is Kale and also a few of my Moringa Oleifera leaves from the garden for added nutrition.
At my farmer’s market there are some Asian ladies who sell Water Spinach. I had never seen it before. Love it in my green smoothies!! Awesome stuff! So if you see it, give it a try!
My first instinct says spinach, but here recently lacinato kale has become a favorite! It’s sweeter than the kale with the curly ends!

My favorite greens are swiss chards and red lettuce!
My go to is kale or spinach, whichever I have on hand.
Silybum marianum is my favorite green because it is a wild plant that grows in my garden and it is
rich in chlorophyll and antioxidants and gives me a special feeling of purifying power and freshness.
That’s a delicious, healthy price to give away! My favourite green to add is spinach but it’s all good!
