Thanks for the info. Question though, I have some Thai friends that have told me that many farmers use pesticides in Thailand to increase production. How do you know that the fruits and veggies in the market are pesticide free?
Did you have a chance to watch the video? I believe I explain this in the video, pointing out which vegetables are most likely local, organic or imported and not organic.
