Hello Shan,

I have personally never done a 100% Liver Flush Drink Cleanse, but there is no reason why you can't do that. Really, it would just be a modified juice fast with some more focus towards liver cleansing. Olive oil is considered a food, so in my opinion, this would not be a true fast, but the oil being high in caloric density (9 calories per gram) should help to ward off any hunger. The garlic and ginger are very cleansing and also contain anti-viral and anti-parasitic properties. The orange juice is high in vitamin C. I would suggest that you make a plan to try to do 3 days and then re-assess how you feel. You can always continue if you are feeling good. It is also important to have a daily bowel movement or consider doing a daily enema if you extend longer than 3 days.

Blessings,
Jennifer
Reply to this Comment...

Can I just go on this diet and drink this the whole day and not eat or drink anything else at all. One of my friend said that she did this (drink the liver flush juice and water) for 8 days and she feels really good after that. I am just worried if I might end up getting gastric or something...
Reply to this Comment...

This is a good question and there seem to be varying opinions on it. Many people on the 'net' say that coconut oil is fine as a replacement. I personally follow the recipe from Dr. Hulda Clark which specifically advises on olive oil. I suppose you could try coconut oil, but perhaps the fat density is too high (meaning it solidifies at room temperature) for this flush. I've done this cleanse 14 times with excellent results using olive oil, and am happy to stay with what seems to work. I hope that helps!
Reply to this Comment...

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (acv) can be used, yes. You could add 1 capful to this drink. It will make the drink taste more sour, so be prepared! I personally love the taste of acv so I don't mind! Another version if you don't want the oil is this: water, 1 capful acv, juice of 2 limes or 1 lemon, cayenne, ginger and garlic, blended. Wow - a powerful cleanse and a great way to start the day!
Reply to this Comment...

I loved this drink. I used apples. I did feel somewhat ill about 30 minutes later so I guess I should do this more often
Reply to this Comment...

This is some great information and I will have to try it. FYI...milk thistle can also do wonders for the liver.
Reply to this Comment...
